the most confusing app in the universe. Everything that needs to be bound together is spread all over the place. templats, flows, emails. Its a nightmare to understand

The absolute worst app for marketing. DO NOT waste your money. When I had Yotpo, it was great. 99% of the time, I got a decent range of ROAS. But they're gone now. With Shopify, I'll get a sale maybe 40 to 50% of the time. A complete disappointment.

Initially, it was a bit difficult to understand, but it became much clearer as I continued. The first attempt is always the hardest, but everything makes sense once the instructions are followed.
