Great experience using the Shopify Messaging App. The interface is smooth, easy to navigate, and provides a seamless user experience. It makes customer communication efficient and well-organized. Overall, a reliable tool for managing conversations and enhancing customer support. However, adding more email template customization features would further improve flexibility and usability.
It's great so far. Working on using it to its full potential.

With Shopify, creating my own ecommerce store was easier than had expected. And the ai assistant is buy far the greatest asset when it comes to finding what you need, where to go and fixing mistakes. Because i made a few and the assistant never let me down! So if you're looking to start an ecommerce store, you can't go wrong with Shopify!
Easy to use and helped me streamline some processes
I would've gave it 4 stars or even 5 if i can select many categories of my contact and send them mail at once, for example if i could select subscribers, non subscribers, and other categories and send them mail at once, it would've been better. But instead, i have to send mail to one batch at a time, then duplicate that template and select another batch and send again, sometimes it's exhausting.
