Özellikle hızlı geri dönüş yapabilmek, müşterilerin güvenini artırıyor ve satışa olumlu katkı sağlıyor. Arayüzü sade ve kullanımı oldukça pratik. Sipariş öncesi sorulara anında yanıt verebilmek bizim için çok değerli. Mobil kullanımının da olması, her an erişilebilir olmasını sağlıyor. Geliştirilebilecek taraf olarak, bazı otomatik mesaj ve email entegrasyonlarının daha esnek hale gelmesi faydalı olabilir. Genel olarak, müşteri iletişimini güçlendirmek isteyen mağazalar için oldukça başarılı bir uygulama.

When well used, it really helps.

Super easy to use! I like that the learning curve was not huge, especially for someone like me who is learning everything from the ground up. I'm grateful that Shopify includes apps like this for new shop owners.

Would be nice if it could handle location selection in the email footer to send emails from different store locations. That could be set up through store branding.
