I've been using Shopify Email for 7 months and have found it to be a great replacement for Mailchimp. Design blocks are easy to use and emails can easily be personalized with the click of the mouse. It also integrates well with Flow for setting up automated emails. I would give this app 5 stars if the reporting were better. While the open rates, clickthroughs, and conversion information is good, there is nowhere in the campaign report where I can see to which segment the email was sent. This means clicking out of multiple emails to piece together which metrics correspond with which segment. Frustratingly, there also isn't a place in the app to provide this feedback, so I'm writing a review instead. Developers, if you are reading this please note my feature request below... Feature Request: Show audience segment in Messaging campaign reports When viewing a sent email campaign's marketing report (the tactic report page), there is currently no way to see which customer segment the campaign was sent to. This information is only visible by navigating back into the campaign detail itself. Requested improvement: Display the target segment name (and ideally a link to it) on the campaign marketing report page, and include it as a column in the Messaging campaign list view. Why it matters: Merchants running multiple segmented campaigns (e.g., Champions, Loyalists, lapsing customers) need to quickly cross-reference performance data with audience composition. Having to navigate back and forth between the report and the campaign detail adds friction and makes comparative analysis harder.

This app is easy to use-and it will make our online shoppers proud!
