It's a good tool but without custom HTML editing it kind of useless in most cases. I want to use custom design for my shop and it is not possible at the moment. Otherwise free plan is very generous comparing to other tools like Klaviyo.

Excelente servicio de mensajería. La integración con Shopify es muy intuitiva y facilita mucho la gestión de pedidos y la comunicación con los clientes. Los envíos han sido rápidos y fiables, y el seguimiento funciona perfectamente. Sin duda, una herramienta clave para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Muy recomendable.

I have only used it for email marketing and I really like the tool. My only complaint is that you can't choose multiple segments when sending an email campaign. So if you want to send an email to more than one segment, you have to duplicate the email and send individually for each segment. Hoping this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, highly recommend.
