It's simple and fairly versatile. One thing that would make it 5 stars for me would be to make it easy to convert the newsletter into a blogpost to have on the website

Easy to segment customers, use and build email templates - works best when combined with designs from canva or other design tool. Once design elements are finished can build an email in minutes. Reporting very helpful. Much more cost effective than sending from other bespoke email platforms.
