Easy to use and very helpfull for a new business like me.

I’ve found Shopify Messaging really easy to use, especially for setting up automated emails without needing anything too technical. The templates are clean, the editor is straightforward, and I like being able to manage welcome emails, abandoned cart messages and customer follow-ups all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time as a small business owner, and the emails look professional without needing hours of design work. I’m still building out some of my automations, but so far it’s been reliable and simple to work with. Definitely a useful app if you want to stay in touch with customers and create a better experience after they visit or purchase from your store.
