Nicole and the Tapcart team made our launch so easy! Our only hiccup was approval issues from Apple (because our name and products use swear words lol) but they helped us navigate it. The app looks great and our customers are beyond excited!!

Nicole and her team are amazing. We had a super crunched deadline to get our app up and running and they killed it. The communication was on point which is very important to us and they have answered every concern and jumped on changes immediately.

One of the best implementations I have seen, the TapCart team did all the heavy lifting and powered through the go live in 3 weeks. Very happy with the results, far less complex than building our own mobile applications. Some limitations in terms of custom functionality (which they are working on), but for an added sales channel highly recommend.

Highly recommend Tapcart. They're a tech platform that actually live up to their promised timelines. I was very impressed with the onboarding service. Quick response times and great efficiency in execution. It truely was an easy and quick experience to get an app live.

I started looking into getting an app back in 2017 and whew, I wish I did it then. Why did I wait so long! They had me up and fully running in only 2 short weeks. I had tasks I had to do, if I completed them it was such a breeze but they took care of mostly everything. Val is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend her to get you started and then Christina will be taking over from here. I look forward to working with Christina on my growth phase. 10/10 recommend Tapcart. My only complaint is I wish it was based more on sales than just a flat fee especially in the beginning. It does push me to really grow this sales channel and I think it's a great implementation for the business however it would be great to have Tapcart grow with me instead of me walking into spending $1300-$1400 a month after the 2 month free trial. Other than that I recommend it all. Sign up. Do what they ask you to do. Don't miss a meeting. Watch how fast and awesome the team is! I definitely recommend!

Support is very poor. They don't care if you grow and if you have everything working fine. Using tapcart only makes sense if you have more than 120000 monthly site visits and a team dedicated to the app. The customization is very limited, so keep in mind that your app will look like all the other tapcart apps. FB tokens have to be continually updated by yourself so you keep this in mind. Too expensive for the value it brings. My online store is actually better than my app. I wish I had given it some thought before jumping on this app provider, there are better solutions.

We want to provide all of our customers with the necessary tools to be successful and drive their apps' growth! With that, we are working on more customization features and have launched Tapcart Academy. This new lesson library has easy-to-follow videos that will teach you to design best practices and growth campaign strategies to drive adoption, without having a dedicated team to work on your app! We've been using Tapcart for over one year now on the enterprise plan and love it. Customers love the app and the Tapcart customer service is great. Very responsive and are quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommend if you are looking for a mobile app solution.

Excellent on boarding and set up experience from Val and the team. App was built out very quickly and all suggestions were implemented fast too. Our app runs very smoothly and updates with our Shopify back end without any issues. We're on the enterprise plan and have extensive support and guidance with regular calls. Highly recommend. Incredible team through and through. App is easy to set up (they do most of the heavy lifting!), with great organization, strategies, and implementation goal setting. The push-notification feature in the age of saturated email and SMS marketing is key! Beautiful layout, easy to use. I'm just pleased with everything.
