This is my second mobile app platform I've used, and Tapcart is by far the best. I've also worked with several other Shopify app vendors, and the Tapcart team (specifically Angelica & Chad) have been the best with migrating and implementing creative and effective strategies. Can't recommend Tapcart enough! Update: We've now been with Tapcart for 2 years and love it! This past BFCM over 75% of our sales were through our mobile app. And our CSM Gina is amazing! If you're questioning which app platform to use, Tapcart is the one!

Tapcart is an amazing app for any merchants looking to make their way into the mobile market - especially since most customers are leaning into shopping through mobile apps. The onboarding process was completely smooth, and we have monthly check-ins with the team to ensure everything is running well and what we can improve on. With integrations like Klaviyo, Yotpo and Fast Simon - it was a no-brainer to use Tapcart to expand our business! Highly recommend!

Tapcart has been a great additional channel for us to expand our reach, providing a seamless avenue for customers to place orders via our app. Since launching two apps with them, we've seen a higher conversion rate and customer lifetime value (LTV) compared to our website. The team has been amazing to work with and keeps us updated on new product releases as well as works closely with us to build out features for our ever-evolving needs. I would highly recommend Tapcart for any brand looking to launch a mobile app!

Tapcart is a must-have mobile app that has completely changed our Ecommerce & Marketing strategy. Their team is incredibly resourceful and we've been able to partner up on all things custom blocks, roadmap, messaging strategy and more. I'd recommend Tapcart to any growing brand looking to expand their channel growth. Last thing - we've been able to essentially mirror our mobile experience across the app, but with more incentives, for our dedicated app cohort.

I had viajro app first, it’s less expensive and my app was visible without me having to contact them first to ask why it was missing which is what I had to do with tap cart.

Tapcart is a must-have mobile app to integrate with your e-commerce strategy. We have been using Tapcart since 2020 and it is now a core part of our e-commerce business. The platform is extremely easy to use with drag & drop template features and their account managers are always very helpful and insightful. 10/10 recommend!

Tapcart has revolutionized our Shopify store. With an effortless mobile app creation process, it syncs seamlessly with our website, which was definitely our main priority in this build. It's been extremely helpful to see the results of push notifications with real-time conversion rates.
