The worst experience ever. They uploaded the app with issues and old screenshots and then told me that I had to make my own screenshots. A sign of a business that's understaffed or using a small group to do everything. Please do not use this company for your mobile app, it's trash and a scam.

Rating: 1/5 Unfortunately, our experience with Tapcart was very disappointing. A critical feature — displaying customer review images from Judge.me — never worked properly from the beginning. The images either loaded extremely slowly or did not load at all inside the mobile app. This issue was reported multiple times over more than a month but was never effectively resolved. We followed all recommendations, including removing custom blocks and simplifying the product page to the minimum, but the problem still remained. Without review images, launching a mobile app for an e-commerce business simply does not make sense, as social proof is critical for conversion. What was most frustrating was the overall approach to resolving the issue. It should not be the client’s responsibility to diagnose and fix problems in a paid application. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled by both sides was not acceptable. In the end, we had to cancel our Tapcart subscription and start looking for an alternative solution.

It’s a great app, simply put — better than most other app builders. I just wouldn’t recommend their support. I run a B2B operation, and 98% of my customers are weekly repeat buyers who use their Favourites list to quickly add products to their cart. With the latest update a few months ago, there’s been a major bug in the Favourites list. When adding a product after the 24th item, the screen jumps back to the top and the list reorders itself. It creates a frustrating experience for my customers, and I’ve received multiple complaints. I’ve also shared videos that customers sent us. The only response I’ve received after inquiring was: “It might be best to instruct your users to use the wishlist feature through the browser on their mobile phones until this bug is fixed.” It’s been almost two months now. Edit: 4 months later, still nothing. I don't they've even bothered to look at this issue. If a simple can't be fixed, it beats to have an app at all. I've taken their recommendation and have instructed all of my customers to use the online website for the near future until we find a better app builder. Will not be working with them anymore.

By far the worse mobile app development experience we’ve had with anyone. They’re so confident with your product that they won’t let you cancel the 1K a month in fees. Won’t update our app. They gave us 5 different reps in one year. This was a real disappointment.

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else. When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess. We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on. If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.

I had viajro app first, it’s less expensive and my app was visible without me having to contact them first to ask why it was missing which is what I had to do with tap cart.

I have messaged you more than once Please take my request into consideration,, I really wanted to try this application only because they mentioned that there are free trial days and I wanted to try it, but they withdrew money, I hope to return it because this topic will cause big problems for me. I just wanted to try it and have a look but you already withdraw money from me

Tapacart is so disappointing, all they focus on is IOS and leave Android lacking features, if you want an app that has equal features on both IOS & Android don't take Tapcart you'll waste your money and time, They don't even provide Android SDK on Facebook & No deep links , what kind of a mobile developer who designs and forget some Android feature in this era?! Another problem is that everything they offer is fixed they an't even allow you to pay them more money to get more customizations, the video blocks are a mess. All this mess is tricky you find put these missing features after they have charged you fees, because they have to set up Facebook SDK, and in the end when you ask about android they start excuses that they will bling that features this year without even specifying, its so frustrating It would be better if they stated it in description that they only give much focus on IOS Their checkout process looks bad waste time for a user with small letters so difficult to read!

No tiene soporte para otro idioma, el banner de notificaciones aparece en ingles, puedes cambiar los textos del menú, pero no todos.

Un auténtico desastre. Han estado engañándonos durante 3 meses y hemos perdido nuestro tiempo y dinero. Me prometieron que la aplicación podía estar en español, pero no ha sido así. Hemos traducido toda la aplicación a español para ellos de manera gratuita y finalmente me dicen que no es posible implementar las traducciones. Voy a reclamar el dinero a Shopify, me siento estafado.

Cool app and idea, needs upgrade to integrate apps. Pre-order app won’t work- so if this is a big part of your business - this app will cause issues with orders coming though- leaving customers angry that they paid and ordered something that not available. Also we were one of the first customers trying their software, and now they keep upgrading asking for more money. That’s not the way you treat customers.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. We have been using it for almost 6 months, and when we signed up, we were promised that we would be given a dedicated app manager, customizations would be made for us, and that an Android app would be released soon. Here we are months later and we have never received any contact from an app manager (though I've had the owners call me every time I email to point that out and promise that someone would reach out), our customizations haven't even be addressed, and an android app has never been mentioned since (which is very frustrating for customers). We paid extra to be on the Plus plan, which is NOT worth it. Overall, there were a lot of empty promises made, and communication has since stopped from Tapcart's end.
