Was using this app happily until the new requirement appeared to allow the app to harvest data and also most worryingly specifically this: Edit products Products or collections MY REPLY: It's very worrying that you have to give the app permission to edit products and collections. Order printer legacy didn't requite this. Neither does any of the other apps I've installed.

They changed the system and took away our already perfect packing slip and even copying the code over from the old one to this new one, it did not work and now we're missing elements in it. Extremely poor system. They claim it's easy to use but it most definitely is not. The customer support line was also no help as they have no pre-designed templates to even assist the transition.

The worst rollout of a product. Most basic backend Shopify items are GUI, except this. Why? The legacy version worked fine for years before Shopify broke it. The import to this new app was easy, but completely INCONSISTENT. (Which is the most frustrating part!!) So one imported file (the one we use least) looks great - like the legacy version, while the 3 others are useless, especially the packing slip, which only shows two boxes, a ship to and a ship from address. No other information shows, even though there is code. Not only is this new "automated" rollout useless, but now it is wasting my time and delaying the shipment of orders while we figure out how to fix something that SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BROKEN in the first place!! Thanks for nothing!!

If I could give minus stars I would. Really poor effort from the developers and has come about to the detriment of the basic "Print Order Page" option. Shopify should be ashamed! **EDIT** In response to the Shopify reply I would suggest that the very fact I have taken time out to leave my original review would indicate that as usual support is unable to offer any help whatsoever. I'm fed up of hearing that "we will feedback to the developers and hope your issue is resolved in any future updates". Not a chance! ***EDIT UPDATE 2*** It would appear (somehow?) that issues with the generic "Print Order" feature in the admin section have miraculously remedied themselves! This, subsequent review, edit (No.2) is in no way a reflection of the functionality of the "Order Printer" app, but does indicate that our original negative review appears to have got the developers to recognise the issues merchants could well have experienced using the 'Print Order' feature in the Shopify admin. So, for all Shopify merchants out there who are frustrated by the lack of genuine support from Shopify "Help", it would seem that taking the time to objectively review the "Shopify Service" via the Shopify store or elsewhere does provide some form of resolution- it seems not even Shopify likes their ego busting! Just to add a couple of footnotes for the developers if you're checking in? 1. Print Order Feature - Customers mobile number font is still too large. 2. Order Printer App - This would be better if it included the customer's email address.

Latest changes to the order printer app have resulted in the invoice backgrounds being printed gray and not white as they were previous to the updates. Very annoying.

Still waiting on a reply which now seems closed on something as simple as a page break. Did some coding on my forms and they all work apart from Page Breaks which worked perfectly in Legacy. I have forms that need to be printed and signed. Why can't this have been tested first. Poor show!

Tracking company and number and HS tarif code not working anymore. So we can not use this invoice for international shipments. *Update 15th of July - fulfillment.tracking_company and fulfillment.tracking_number yields no results - also HS codes are no longer available to use. So we can't use invoices from Order Printer to ship internationally and use for customs. Sad when Shopify is bragging about markets and global expansion.

Very little support documentation, and why would this app be released befoer they had a way of importing the old templates? Get your ducks in a row first before releasing this nonsense upon us. Poor effort from Shopify who should be leading the way in professionalism in this regard. Apparently they have no regard for their customers who then have to run around in circles trying to work out what on earth has been thrust upon them. Certainly not an upgrade nor an improvement.

ZERO STARS. This APP is showing some weird "Expected Delivery Date" for each order on our admin page. Three days from the time they place their order. We make customized items and even if we ship the same day (not possible) there is little chance customers will receive their order in 3 days. We can not find where to expunge this info. We have looked in every backend area, but to no avail. Very Frustrating!

It was a lovely app until they decided to update it, my templates didn't transfer over easily as promised, all I got was blank documents and now the 'old' version isn't working properly, I give up, I have now deleted the app and found another one that was very easy to set up.

HATE THIS INVOICE!!!! Whoever thought this up should be fired. The legacy invoice is way better. You just have to ask, "Why?" why change an easy to read and understand invoice with this? I'd like to give it a minus 10

WHYYYY in the world change something that was working great?? I really, really hate when Shopify randomly decides to change things that are working. This is a repeat occurrence. It's like someone decided that "something needed to be refreshed" for the sake of refreshing, and they put a bunch of ideas in a hat and randomly pulled out the print order app to change. You guys like playing roulette with the interface, much to our chagrin. This includes live visitor displays, and many other countless things over the years that just made us have to figure out something new, instead of adding value. The print order app is critical to every day operations, and many of us already liked and grew comfortable using the existing format. We all painstakingly took the valuable time to customize things to our preferences when setting up our stores. Now, we have to redo it...AGAIN. This is a "make work" project for small business owners who don't have the time or the IT resources to get help fixing the awful new format. Import does NOT look the same. I still need to customize. Going to continue using the legacy app as long as I can. Hopefully, that will give the developers time to figure out how to make it seamless. Very disappointed, Shopify!

I WAS OVERLY OPTIMISTIC. Yes it migrated but it DID NOT TRANSFER ANY OF THE "CUSTOM WORK" I HAD. Boy did I fall for their "just click through". The migration forms look NOTHING like my existing form. Working with Support to see if they can fix it. Extremely disappointed

After the many bad reviews, with bad comments that the templates cannot be imported or are difficult to import, they have worked on it and sent an info mail that it now works with a click. It worked now perfectly. In less than 5 minutes the new app and templates were installed. Working perfectly for over a month. Then it was removed from "more actions" to "print" and now it cannot be edited anymore. So it became completly useless!

There is zero support to customize invoices and no simple transfer. Support will forward you to the help documents (that you have probably already read) that do not make it easy on someone who has no real coding experience. When you press support for further help, they will forward you to a Shopify service that you'll need to pay for. The least they can do is create a library of functional templates for their customers. However, it doesn't seem like too much to ask for a template builder. Maybe they should consider fully flushing out their apps before launch? They have done another half-attempt at an app we tried --for subscriptions. Why waste the effort making a terrible product?

Had to hire a so called "SHOPIFY EXPERT" to fix all the code for this template to work. They said no problem, 2 days. Took 2 weeks. Still does not look 100%. How do you even adjust the font size. It's so small it is hard to read. Not happy, why fix something that was not broken in the first place... Do better!
