改悪ですね。 テンプレの編集ができない、あるいは編集画面が素人では見つけられないです。 外国の雰囲気がとても強い領収書しか発行できないので使えないアプリになりました。

It's crazy that a popular and premium priced system like Shopify don't have a built in function for sending invoices so you have to install an app! And there is no way to gather VAT-numbers natively in checkout but VAT on the invoice is a legal requirement in EU countries! This can't even be achieved with an App because you are not allowed to add fields in the checkout if you are not on a PLUS subscription. So basically you can't use Shopify legally in EU selling to companies if you are not on Shopify PLUS or make some strange solution by adding VAT-number as an order comment but this should be stated on the customer not the order.

Very limited, cannot even changed the date translation wich is very basic. A lot of back and forth communication for nothing at all. Don't waste your time.

Just an echo of what others have said; this app was fantastic when it was privately owned and developed. Since Shopify has taken it over, I've had nothing but issues. One day, without making any changes, my templates refused to print properly - thankfully a Shopify developer popped in and was able to fix whatever they had mangled. Last week, again out of nowhere, none of my product photos are printing. Code looks fine, but clearly they touched something because not even the native templates will display product images. Now I'm spending an hour arguing with a chat agent who wants me to hire a developer to fix this issue; despite the fact that I've said repeatedly this is a Shopify-supported app. Ugh. If there were another alternative, I would take it.

It just stops working after months of no issues. We can no longer scan orders, we have to manually enter order numbers because it just stopped pulling order number barcodes overnight. I've tried everything to fix it, and it just stopped working.

They say over and over I can print pricing labels from purchase orders if I have this. Nope. Doesn't even come up as an option. And no one seems to be able to help. Just sends me the same screen on how to do it. Even though I say those drop down menu choices aren't there for me! Ughhh. hundreds and hundreds of labels each week from purchase orders and can't print from purchase orders! What a waste of time printing them!

It's bad. Nothing to add every other review pointed it out too. The fact that the print date is the invoice date by default speaks volumes towards the effort the programmers made creating this mess....

This new version done not show the mobile number I used all sort of variables available but it is showing blank for mobile number but address is appearing. I am trying with below code, none is showing phone number for the order - {% if order.shipping_address.phone %}{{ order.shipping_address.phone }}{% endif %} {% if order.billing_address.phone %}{{ order.billing_address.phone }}{% endif %} please resolve this issue. It is not working in this new version. In older version it was working and showing mobile number. Another sample of template code which I tried is below, test it on any store because in preview it shows the dummy phone number but with actual order, it does not show the phone number. {% if order.shipping_address %} TO: {{ order.shipping_address.name }} {{ order.shipping_address | format_address }} Mob: {{ order.shipping_address.phone }} {% endif %}

Doesn't Work with Shopify POS GO... they really need to update the app to allow you to print the document. You get stuck at the print screen and it doesn't engage the print module.

en faisant la mise à jour indiquée, on perd ses modèles , Order Printer n'est meme pas capable de coordonner le prix payé par le client et les factures sont en format paysage , impossible de retrouver les factures telles qu'elles avaient ete réglées , une Catastrophe

Sick and tired that they keep changing the software without consideration of the customer's needs! Just leave as it was! I should not get another app to get your app to work! Our POS receipts are all over the place and not as before! So frustrating! :-(

It pains me to leave this review but here's goes... No search. No tax number. No branding. No layout. No respect - it's like we're in a minimum viable app experiment? This feels like a higher-level strategy to favour app developers by moving basic functions to apps. But the app store soup is a Shopify downside, not a strength: less apps = better. There's no question that print invoice should be next to print packing slip on the order page - unless that's moving to an app as well? The best way to sum-up the overall strategy of moving basic functions to apps, is to quote Spinal Tap's album review; "**** sandwich". We know you can do better Shopify, you just have to believe... "Inner Peace… Inner Peace… Dinner Please … Dinner with Peas..." :) *EDIT* The top bar searches orders but finding the order doesn't help print the receipt, as it doesn't appear under 'Print' on the order page. We had to manually click through 10,000 orders to find a receipt via the app page - no joke! And after sifting through help results for email and POS receipt templates, we finally noticed a grey link on the far left. It's unnoticeable on large monitors but once you realise built-in features are moving to apps, you see it. Although, separating orders from receipts makes for a terrible experience - no?

You can also edit the templates to include the tax info, add branding, and adjust the layouts. I have been a Shopify customer for almost 8 years and the most recent changes to this Order Printer app has completely screwed up our personalization workflow. Moving the personalized elements into notes has made this a complete, unreadable mess. If I could rate this 0 stars or negative stars I would. You made this change without letting us know or consulting us as customers -- one of the poorest moves you have made to date!

This should be a smooth transfer from the old app to the new one but it's not. The import templet function does not work and when we try to print orders in bulk every couple pages is messed up and split between two pieces of paper. They really need to implement some support for this app or fine tune it and rerelease.
