The previous app was better. It supported the logo being part of the invoice and allowed better formatting. This new system is actually a let down. Worse, they're not going to let us keep using the old one.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to import my previous template. I contacted support for assistance and after wasting 90 minutes of my time with a support person who was akin to a receptionist, I STILL do not have my previous template imported. Shopify and their support & apps are NOT as good as they used to be. Sad face.

Not impressed. Seems like another change for the sake of it. Every time something is updated it just creates more work and for no apparent reason. It's counter productive and helps nobody. It would at least be something if we were given the reason for the change. What was wrong with the original app?

AWFUL Does not include images, it's hard to work without images.

As the deadline is coming due what are we suppose to do about this bad product? My order page was perfect. And I do mean PERFECT !! What am I suppose to do with this mess that you have created? I am not a programmer and paid someone to create my order page. Do I now have to pay him again to fix this mess that you have created? I was proud of my order page and will now be ashamed to include this mess with my orders. I can't believe that you would be pushing a product that has a 2.1 overall rating. Does this mean that you guys are going downhill? Your new product is uncommonly bad. It doesn't total the products. It doesn't have a place field for my logo.

Any edits to templates must be done via code, so there is ZERO options for self service if you don't know how to code. Copy and pasting from the old order printer to the new one does not work as it claims it should, there are a lot of things that don't carry over (like pictures, tag lines, QR codes for discounts, etc)
