Your new product is uncommonly bad. It doesn't total the products. It doesn't have a place field for my logo.

Any edits to templates must be done via code, so there is ZERO options for self service if you don't know how to code. Copy and pasting from the old order printer to the new one does not work as it claims it should, there are a lot of things that don't carry over (like pictures, tag lines, QR codes for discounts, etc)

Hi, there! If copying and pasting your existing templates isn't working, it is possible that you have legacy variables in place that need to be updated.
