We love the Shoplift app overall, it does exactly what we were looking for in a testing platform--test themes and templates against each other. It's simple, affordable, and easy to use. I had a great experience with this app/tool. It was very user-friendly and an easy way to test out different UX and site update ideas. Each test provided detailed data points and critical info to help us optimize our site. I also found their customer support to be really knowledgeable and helpful in providing strategy and test ideas. I'm looking forward to using the hero banner templates more.

Shoplift support is fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in customer success. The platform itself works really well and makes running A/B tests seamless. That said, the subscription fees can feel steep unless you have a consistent pipeline of A/B test sprints ready to go. It would be great to see a more flexible pricing model that caters to brands who test in bursts or on a more ad hoc basis.

Hands down the best A/B testing platform on Shopify. Also, has tons of other features we utilize like scheduling website changes for campaigns and having different site experiences for different regions.

We’ve been using Shoplift to run A/B tests across our site for the last few months, and it’s quickly become a must-have in our ecommerce tech stack. The interface is super intuitive, and even with a difficult-to-use theme, Shoplift makes it easy to add new blocks and edit pages to drive real test success. Being able to visually build and publish tests without relying on dev time has been a huge win for our small team. Kristi, our MSM, has been fantastic — she’s incredibly responsive, strategic, and feels like a true extension of the team.
