Shoplift ‑ CRO & A/B Testing

We've been using a number of different A/B + CRO tools over the years, some are insanely expensive - with every feature under the sun, others are more reasonable but lack basic functionality. ShopLift has been that "goldilocks" for us with just the right amount of flexibility built-in (and more advanced API functionality). Our CSM Kristi has also been LOVELY to partner with and truly cares about what we're rolling out!

5/5 Kristi is top notch, expert level guidance on all things eCommerce and a/b testing. Shoplift has a small learning curve, but easily overcome after 1 session. Does all that we need in terms of testing, what else can you ask for.

We chose Shoplift because of the account management support provided, and love working with Kristi. She brings a ton of experience to the conversation and has helped us strategize tests that have shown immediate value to the company.

We just implemented Shoplift a couple months ago and it has been an incredible tool so far! We are in the process of updating some of our crucial features across our entire website and Shoplift has been an awesome tool, allowing us to quickly turnaround some a/b tests to give answers promptly. Kristi is INCREDIBLE to work with as she is truly a partner and feels like an extension of our team. Having the roadmap to kickoff our goals for the year has only made it easier!! It’s honestly one of the best A/B testing apps we’ve used. What we really like is that it’s very intuitive and also quite customizable. We only went with the first plan because it’s enough for what we need, but we’ve used it across multiple stores and it genuinely does the job well. One feature we really like is that you can choose exactly what percentage of traffic gets split, you’re not forced into a strict 50/50 setup.

Simple clear UI - makes setting up tests really easy. We also went with Shoplift because of the no-flicker experience and we have not had any issues so far while running tests. Our success manager, Kristi, has been a great partner in offering Shoplift expertise on how to best interpret tests and iterate on future ones. The only feature I wish we had was testing checkout experience, this tool is limited to our main templates.

The A/B and UI of Shoplift is incredibly seamless. As someone who has spent time optimizing performance, it is great to know Shoplift operates at the server level, and not at the browser level when rendering tests. Kristi has been great at understanding our store and knowing what needs to be optimized. She is super helpful at understanding analytics on a deeper level. She has been a great resource when it comes to working through concepts and providing an CRO audit.

Great testing platform that connects seamlessly into Shopify. Very user friendly, we can easily test themes, product pages, and global changes to optimize for our KPIs. Kristi is an awesome CSM and is super helpful in building out a testing roadmap and guidance along the way. Highly recommend!

Shoplift has been a fantastic tool for our team. Setting up tests is super easy, and the dashboard is really intuitive and user-friendly. Our Merchant Success Manager has been amazing too, assisting us with a site audit and helping to create a clear testing roadmap. Overall, the support and experience have been excellent!

Very intuitive and easy to use app! Suitable for both beginners in the world of A/B testing and for more complex tests. I had the pleasure of working with Anya Ustinova as our dedicated manager, who suggested very effective tests and excellent ideas for improving the CR and UX on our website.

Fantastic testing tool, very intuitive and simple to run tests across the homepage, collection page, product page or even across a whole Shopify Theme. Life Assist for an extra small charge, also gives you access to pre-existing tried and test tests you can run on your site. Things like: Business Benefits Bar, Free shipping banner, hero offers. I would not hesitate in recommending Shoplift to any ecom business, superb!

Heading into black friday, I had been procrastinating updating a pdp with a change that I knew would skyrocket conversion rate. However, I still wanted to test it. Using Replo, I was hesitant on how easy Shoplift would be as my whole site is Replo and very few Shopify native theme elements. Within seconds of installing, I had my new test running and within a few days I found a winner. The result? Every metric was higher. AOV, CVR, ATC, RPU. Very grateful for the Shoplift team to help me with measuring this new PDP and getting the quick confidence to just send it before bfcm.

This app is great, i use it for 1 year and its doing its job

Very easy to use and intuitive, with plenty of interesting data and insights to help optimize performance. I do wish there was a way to test admin settings without editing theme code. I also wish that you could segment audiences by customer tag. Overall it’s still a very useful and effective tool for any eCommerce business.

We have had some technical issues but it was due to the consent app, support did a great job, thanks a lot!
