Very easy to use and intuitive, with plenty of interesting data and insights to help optimize performance. I do wish there was a way to test admin settings without editing theme code. I also wish that you could segment audiences by customer tag. Overall it’s still a very useful and effective tool for any eCommerce business.

Shoplift support is fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in customer success. The platform itself works really well and makes running A/B tests seamless. That said, the subscription fees can feel steep unless you have a consistent pipeline of A/B test sprints ready to go. It would be great to see a more flexible pricing model that caters to brands who test in bursts or on a more ad hoc basis.

Super intuitive A/B testing tool! We’ve seen clear improvements in CVR and RPV. Love how easy it is to use within Shopify. Support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
