Been using them right when this feature came out, they're pretty good! Overall I'm happy with the results although I do see a decrease in CTR.

This app is easy to use and does what exactly that it needs to do. I had some troubles and it is fixed by Marla even though it took some more time than I expected. In terms of CTR and ROI, frankly speaking I was very surprised to see the result because I was not expecting that much. If you're using Facebook as your marketing channel, this is a must app to have. It does add more zing to your remarketing! Facebook messenger is quite effective in reaching out. There were some installation issues in the beginning, but finally, it worked out well! I am enjoying the Sales Conversions!

They got my checkbox compliant with Facebook - took 3 or 4 business days. They reply to all tickets in less than 24 hours. Marla provides the best support! NOTE: when you download this app. Your box will NOT be auto-checked. ShopMessage will help you install the code on your product page, make sure the placement is compliant and then submit to Facebook for approval. They even extend your trial because of the little bit of time it takes. Simple and basic. Great app.
