It does add more zing to your remarketing! Facebook messenger is quite effective in reaching out. There were some installation issues in the beginning, but finally, it worked out well! I am enjoying the Sales Conversions!

Up to know the app seems to be working great. Already made a sale of 12 dlls on first day. Will wait more days to see if we can extract real value from it and pay it from the extra revenue it brings. Easy to configure and great customer support.

They got my checkbox compliant with Facebook - took 3 or 4 business days. They reply to all tickets in less than 24 hours. Marla provides the best support! NOTE: when you download this app. Your box will NOT be auto-checked. ShopMessage will help you install the code on your product page, make sure the placement is compliant and then submit to Facebook for approval. They even extend your trial because of the little bit of time it takes. Simple and basic. Great app.

This is BY FAR the most AMAZING $$$ gathering app you will EVER FIND!!!! Pays for itself day 1, increases customer satisfaction by a MILE, interactions and loyalty from customers go thru the ROOF!!!!! MUST HAVE!!! Whoever made this is a GENIUS! And we get to reap the Rewards $$$$$. GET IT!

App support is great. They helped me install the app so it was completely hands off for me, and an included free of charge service. I've made thousands of dollars in recovered carts over the last few months through using this. It's a no brainer to use!

Best support team ever, they customized my response buttons the same day I asked if it was possible! They also notified me when my Facebook page disconnected. I love the app, but the customer service really brings the experience to the next level.

The app is incredibly attractive and easy to use. Having the option to capture more potential buyers than with an average email abandonment follow-up sequence is a complete GAME CHANGER! The email sequence is ok but considering ShopMessage captures even people who have just added items to cart without having to insert their personal details gives you more leverage consequently increasing the revenue! Love it!

I would rate it 10 stars if i could. In about 3 weeks, I have made 9x my return on investment. They said it would take a month to get the checkout box automatically checked but mine only took a week. I had one small issue where the code slightly shifted my "select quantity" area. I contacted customer and they had fixed in just a few hours. If you are driving any traffic to your site, this app is a must. and no there was no incentive's in any way for this review. Just really glad im capturing sales that others wise would have been lost.

Arjun is SO helpful! He personally answered all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and helped get my pre-checked box within a week. It's comforting to know the Founder of a company is so involved and you will get all the support you need.
