This app is chasing away customers, since it is NOT SECURE, so instead customers either shop elsewhere or call us to place the order over the phone and ask why our website isn't secure

Documentation not that clear, but other than that a great app. Could see the benefits of using Flabet.

Very nice app for my mobile online store! Although I have syncing issue from time to time but the support team was quick to response and very helpful. The problem was solved in timely manner. Great app, great customer service!

Fast customer service, smooth layout and interface with many customisable options, highly recommendable.

Found it hard to get my head round. I'm sure it works fine, but for the hassle, I prefer to just use the mobile version of my themes on shopify

Bad load times. 51/100. Also always having to go back in and remove categories that keep reappearing.

I was such a dummie for getting this app. Got it a couple of years ago and stupid me, I didn't check to see how it looked on mobile. I worked and worked my store the last few years without seeing headway. Last week I checked to see how my store looked on mobile for the first time. It was horrible.It didn't look at all like it does on a computer. It had looked that way all this time! Bad news for me because most of my customers use mobile! It flips over to shoppad where there is no pattern for the layout and it is not at all user friendly'! My sales have increased since I removed it. If you get this you better have a look on your mobile and don't put it off like I did.

Great app, to help us get an "app version" of our store onto mobile platforms. Support and assistance through the process has been fantastic, and the team has been very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Great app! I've been using it for over a year on my Shopify ecommerce site, www.zinniafolkarts.com, and it's been terrific. More and more of my customers are looking at the site on their mobile devices and many more are purchasing items from their phone, never looking at the desktop site. I had a minor issue today and the live chat operator was extremely helpful and quick. Love it!

UPDATE: Be careful with Shoppad if you plan on switching to a responsive theme eventually. I ran into an issue with my mobile search results not working correctly, and the support wasn't fully able to help me. --- Shop Pad was the best option I could find to make my site mobile friendly without changing the theme. It has been pretty good, but I ultimately I am switching to a responsive theme to have more control and continuity between my mobile and desktop sites.

Excellent App. Very straight forward and easy to use. Our customers are loving the shopping experience on our Mobile App. The staff at ShopPad are extremely helpful and prompt. Our plan comes with an update every 4 hours feature. However, there was one time when we needed to update before the 4 hours passed on very urgent basis. We contacted the team at Shoppad at a very odd early hour in the day and they immediately initiated the update and saved our lives :) Highly recommend this app.

While the idea is GREAT, and the look is appealing, a couple things need some work. The load time for one. But mostly the navigation. If you want to back out of the listing and dont hit the x, you end up in the previous window of another site. Also, there isnt a way to see more than a few things at a time. I realize its a catalog look, like a magazine, but I dont find that easy to navigate unless your just browsing. I think if a store has a bunch of the same stuff on, and not one of a kind in the thousands like I do, its perfect! Also, the support is stupendous...
