Excellent support and service. Shirly and her developer were very helpful during the meeting, clearly explained the syncing process, and resolved our Etsy–Shopify integration issues. Highly recommended.

I'm trying to reach you (via email/phone) regarding your feedback trying to use the app. Please note that you tried to connect your personal Etsy account and this is the reason you were not able to to connect the app. Please go to connections in the left menu -> remove the connection -> login to your Etsy business account -> reload the app and the authenticate the app. Best, Shirly.

Doesn't update SKU's.
Hi, Shirly from shopUpz. You installed the app for 5 minutes , provided 1 star review and removed it. I've tried to contact you via email and the phone but you haven't replied. Plesae note that our app doesn't update SKUs .The app updates quantities, price , title and description based on matching SKUs. SKU is the unique identifier on the listing and we sync quantities based on it. Happy to schedule a meeting and assist you achieving your goals. Best, Shirly.
