The bi-directional inventory sync doesn't work. Worst of all, there is absolutely zero support -- no response to my multiple emails. I wanted to like this app, and was hopeful based on the reviews. I'm not sure why the developer deserted this app.

Please note that we have a 10 hours time difference and when you emailed me later on I replied once I've seen your additional request and you haven't replied since. I manage 5,000 listings on eBay, and this app made importing them to Shopify super easy! It seamlessly brought over all of my images, titles, prices, and descriptions without a hitch. The whole process was straightforward, saving me tons of time.

It helps in syncing the inventory between etsy and shopify. Follow the tutorial in setting up. Support is great.

I started out with Shopify. I was interested in linking Shopify with Etsy. Shirly in support, through a series of contacts and a couple of google meetings was able to help me sort out a few things: 1-fixed shipping on Etsy 2-Export listing on Shopify 3-Sync my orders between both applications. I could not have done it without Shirly, patience, quick response, and experience. Excellent customer support and videos!
