This app has been a life saver! I tried several other inventory sync apps and non were as quick or easy to use as this one. Shirly helped me get my shop set up and it was a quick process!

Just finished a few last minute gift set listings on Etsy and went to import them to Shopify. It's been a busy Black Friday and I was too tired to manually add them. Well, imagine my horror when the import finished and had completely DELETED all of the existing listings in my Shopify storefront. On Black Friday. After I had already spent thousands of dollars (and invested many, many hours) in ads and promotional content directing customers to my store. Not only do I now need to stay up later than I can and try to manually recreate every last listing, but all of my links are now broken, all of my SEO equity is gone, it's all just GONE. Do not trust this app, for the love of god. Devastated is an understatement.
Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that our app does not contain any code or functionality that deletes listings. We only create or update listings based on the settings you choose, so it would not be possible for the app to remove items from your store. You installed the app for less than three hours, and when I reached out to investigate the issue, I requested the SKU so I could check the logs and help you—but this information was not provided. Without it, I was unable to verify what happened on your side. It’s also important to mention that you previously used our app and successfully synced more than 100 listings without any problem. I feel misled as a consumer. The developer promotes a “free trial” version that supposedly allows you to export products from Shopify to Etsy. In reality, the export does not work at all. The process fails with a technical error (“Expected int value for ‘readiness_state_id’”), because essential API fields are blocked in the free plan. This means the trial cannot be used to test the app’s actual functionality — you cannot verify whether the export works, the data structure is correct, or the listings are created properly on Etsy. I spent time setting up and configuring everything carefully, only to find out that the trial version is incapable of creating even a single draft listing. If this limitation had been clearly communicated upfront, I would not have installed the app in the first place. This is not a limited trial — it is a non-functional placeholder. If you value your time, skip this app and look for a provider that offers a genuine, working trial instead.

FIRST of all before you connect Etsy to your Shopify, get your Etsy all set up. Set up your fixed shipping profile and if you like the profile you will use later, you can change all this later, then start uploading. The app worked as promised. Sure what I needed was of course the pricier option but it worked and was 100% worth the cost. Made copying my inventory as painless as they could've made it.

So far, I am not too thrilled with this applications. i read through the other reviews and I cannot tell if they are real or not. I have used several integration apps. and this is by for the least smooth interaction I have ever had. I have even used free integration without as many issues. I also do not like that I have to have "fixed' shipping on my etsy in order for me to import items from shopify to etsy. An application should not be in control of my shipping choices. It also doesn't allow me to post multiple options on one listing. It's too limited and I do not feel in control. Etsy Categories and my store categories do not align. It's just not up to par. Especially if it's a service that I am paying for, its not the other way around. I am also not pleased with the amount of spam I am sent via my emails *Update-officicially uninstalling after trying to work with the app. for a few hours. It shouldn't be this complicated. I am not convinced these 5 star reviews are legit. Or they are not seasoned sellers

I tried to use another app to import and manage my inventory, but it kept pulling up errors. Then I found this app which worked perfectly. It updates the inventory every 20 minutes across both platforms which is great.

I use this app in all the stores in control, it works perfectly and support if incredible , we can have direct access to dev. they even develop some new features we ask for. They do everything in their power to acomplish everything we need. I higly recommend this app.

When I started using it, it didn't work. But their support team was very responsive and fast fixing the issue. In the meantime, I've exported some listings from Shopify to Etsy and it's much easier and faster than having to manually duplicate everything. Thank you ShopUpz team.
