The bi-directional inventory sync doesn't work. Worst of all, there is absolutely zero support -- no response to my multiple emails. I wanted to like this app, and was hopeful based on the reviews. I'm not sure why the developer deserted this app.

Please note that I'm the app owner and my mission is to provide first hand support and not send you to external support that will waste your time :) I've replied immediately after receiving your email and we communicated multiple times and I've provided you a solution. Please note that we have a 10 hours time difference and when you emailed me later on I replied once I've seen your additional request and you haven't replied since. I manage 5,000 listings on eBay, and this app made importing them to Shopify super easy! It seamlessly brought over all of my images, titles, prices, and descriptions without a hitch. The whole process was straightforward, saving me tons of time.

It helps in syncing the inventory between etsy and shopify. Follow the tutorial in setting up. Support is great.

I started out with Shopify. I was interested in linking Shopify with Etsy. Shirly in support, through a series of contacts and a couple of google meetings was able to help me sort out a few things: 1-fixed shipping on Etsy 2-Export listing on Shopify 3-Sync my orders between both applications. I could not have done it without Shirly, patience, quick response, and experience. Excellent customer support and videos!

It's simple. It's a relief compared to how long my learning curve has been with other apps. Also, the customer service is extremely responsive. Even on a Sunday. I recommend highly ShopUpZ over the other Etsy apps I have tried. Good luck out there!

Love this app. I use it to send my listings from Shopify to Etsy, and it saves so much time! And Shirly is so helpful with any questions I have!

We did a stupid thing which was no fault of this app but made it not to work (linked the wrong store lol). Shirley was so patient and professional. Oh, and the app works great now, linking our Etsy and Shopify stores:)

This app is exactly what I was looking for! I was able to easily export all of my Etsy inventory to Shopify. What a time saver this was!! And Shirly has been such a big help with the learning curve for me. If I can do it, anyone can do it! I highly recommend this app.
