Doesn't update SKU's.
I’d love to better understand what you meant by “Doesn't update SKU's,” as our app does support syncing based on SKUs when listings are properly linked between Shopify and Etsy. Once connected, you can update key fields like price, title, description, and images with ease. Since it looks like the app was only used for a short time, it’s possible the initial setup or linking step wasn’t fully completed. We’re also now officially Built for Shopify certified, and have made many improvements to make syncing smoother and more reliable. I’d really appreciate the chance to help you get the most out of the app—happy to jump on a quick call and walk you through everything step by step.
Good features and everything works as advertised. The developer responded to suggestions and added new features quickly to make things even better. The order integration is automatic and pulls in orders so I don't have to go and find them. Great app!

Definitely the cleanest mapping of any inventory, Shirly was helpful when I had questions. If etsy is your main go-to and you don't want the headache of complex mapping, this is the app to get.

Very nice app! A real timesaver. Setup was easy and received fast replies from Shirly when help was needed. I did try other apps as well but this one is my favorite when connecting to my Etsy shop. Thumbs up so far :)

Just finished a few last minute gift set listings on Etsy and went to import them to Shopify. It's been a busy Black Friday and I was too tired to manually add them. Well, imagine my horror when the import finished and had completely DELETED all of the existing listings in my Shopify storefront. On Black Friday. After I had already spent thousands of dollars (and invested many, many hours) in ads and promotional content directing customers to my store. Not only do I now need to stay up later than I can and try to manually recreate every last listing, but all of my links are now broken, all of my SEO equity is gone, it's all just GONE. Do not trust this app, for the love of god. Devastated is an understatement.
I’d like to clarify that our app does not delete any listings. We take data safety very seriously, and everything is designed to give merchants full control over their inventory. Since your experience, we’ve also made significant improvements and are now officially Built for Shopify certified, which reflects the quality, reliability, and performance of the app. We understand that trying new tools during busy periods like Black Friday can be challenging. I’d highly recommend giving the app another try during a quieter time to fully explore how simple and efficient it is to use today. I’d also be more than happy to personally schedule a meeting and walk you through everything step by step to ensure it works perfectly for your needs.

I feel misled as a consumer. The developer promotes a “free trial” version that supposedly allows you to export products from Shopify to Etsy. In reality, the export does not work at all. The process fails with a technical error (“Expected int value for ‘readiness_state_id’”), because essential API fields are blocked in the free plan. This means the trial cannot be used to test the app’s actual functionality — you cannot verify whether the export works, the data structure is correct, or the listings are created properly on Etsy. I spent time setting up and configuring everything carefully, only to find out that the trial version is incapable of creating even a single draft listing. If this limitation had been clearly communicated upfront, I would not have installed the app in the first place. This is not a limited trial — it is a non-functional placeholder. If you value your time, skip this app and look for a provider that offers a genuine, working trial instead.
Hi, Please note that we offer a free plan for importing listings and a free trial so you can try out the app and export listings from Shopify to Etsy. It seems the error occurred because a processing profile was missing. FIRST of all before you connect Etsy to your Shopify, get your Etsy all set up. Set up your fixed shipping profile and if you like the profile you will use later, you can change all this later, then start uploading. The app worked as promised. Sure what I needed was of course the pricier option but it worked and was 100% worth the cost. Made copying my inventory as painless as they could've made it.
