This is super simple and is saving me a great deal of time uploading my SKU"s to Etsy. I think the trick is to watch all the How-to videos before you start. Then just upload a few items to get familiar with how Etsy handles your new listing when its imported. Then start uploading larger numbers of SKU's. I've had no issues and it even helped me identify an item in my Shopify store that was missing information giving me the opportunity to correct that listing. I am very happy with the app so far. There are more segments I haven't worked with yet but so far, I highly recommend this app.

top App. Saved me countless h of creating new listing in etsy. few clicks and bang everything copied. had few questions contacted by email and messenger got answers in30 minets.

The support service was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the app simply doesn't load on my browser.

UPDATE #2: Shirly is not trustworthy. The issue was not duplicate SKUS. Stop trying to pass the buck. I am not the only person having this issue. Your true character shows with your false follow-up. Please do not believe anything Shirly says in her replies to bad reviews, it is not true and will never admit fault. Our issue was exactly as described and had nothing to do with duplicate SKUs. This application has negatively impacted our sales. As others have mentioned, this app removes inventory from our Shopify inventory when an Etsy listing expires. Additionally, bidirectional inventory sync is not activated. Our Shopify inventory should always take precedence over our Etsy inventory. This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year without any fix. We have been trying to work with Shirley, but it seems that they have stopped providing any support and just want to brush us under the rug. We were told to wait for 1 month for a resolution, and now they have stopped offering support after 1 month. It is obvious that they just want problem customers to uninstall so they can work with smaller stores that are less robust.

Upon investigating the issue, it became clear that the problem was caused by duplicate listings with a quantity of zero, which affected your other listings due to shared SKUs. It’s disappointing to see your claims, especially considering that I’ve consistently provided support and solutions, despite the lack of respect and cooperation on your end. The app has been in use for a considerable time without these issues being properly acknowledged from your side. Etsy Integration has worked wonders for us. We have tried several inventory integration apps, and this has been truly the best one. Easy to use, great customer service, and basic (in a good way) not complicated like other apps.

Not a single item synced from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. I sent a message but since I sent a message a couple weeks ago that wasn't answered I don't expect this one to be answered either. Update, just found out you can't import from etsy to shopify, really wish I had known that earlier.

This app is absolutely amazing. Beyond words! But what really makes the difference is the Customer Support, especially when you have so many apps to choose from. I was terrified to sync my Etsy store with Shopify, as we have a pretty good amount of products. Shirly was extremely helpful and patient and without her I wouldn’t be able to successfully sync my shops so quickly and to manage all of my orders from one platform. Honestly, I have never experienced customer service like this! I'm happy to be on board! Thank you once again.

This was, at first, very frustrating for me, I had no idea what I was doing, and I was not going to use the app. However, after speaking with Shirly, she went over the app in extensive detail and showed me step-by-step how to use the app to work efficiently.

I absolutely LOVE this app! It just works and it took just 1 minute to move 170 products into Etsy! WOW! My biggest love however, is the support! Shirly is absolutely amazing, patient and knows what she’s doing! Stop thinking about it! Get the app already

I really wanted to love this app however it has major issues with syncing quantities between Etsy and Shopify. My only use for this app was quantity syncing so I cannot speak for importing/exporting. It had been more than 24 hours since sales occurred and the quantities were not syncing. Keep in mind the advertised sync time is 15-20 minutes. The first time I noticed the issue I reached out via shopify support and received a response almost immediately. Shirly said she resolved the issue and that it was “A configuration issue” that they fixed on their end to adjust with my account. I also verified that I did everything correctly and it was not a user error. However, this fix did not last long. The very next day I had the same issue and reached out again via the same email thread from before, no response. The issue resolved itself after many hours. Here we are a few days later and the exact same thing is happening. I reached out for the third time via Shopify Support, no response. It’s been 2+ days since sales have occurred and quantities are not updating unless I manually change them, which defeats the purpose of my use for the app. I gave it a fair shot, unfortunately it can not provide the advertised bi-directional syncing I was looking for so I’ll be removing it. Shirly was helpful and kind in the first instance that I talked to her, however I can’t exactly give good ratings for long term customer support as I did not receive a response the following two times. I paid for a service that it could not provide and am left disappointed. Hopefully they’re able to fix the issues with their app.
