Not a single item synced from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. I sent a message but since I sent a message a couple weeks ago that wasn't answered I don't expect this one to be answered either. Update, just found out you can't import from etsy to shopify, really wish I had known that earlier.

This app is absolutely amazing. Beyond words! But what really makes the difference is the Customer Support, especially when you have so many apps to choose from. I was terrified to sync my Etsy store with Shopify, as we have a pretty good amount of products. Shirly was extremely helpful and patient and without her I wouldn’t be able to successfully sync my shops so quickly and to manage all of my orders from one platform. Honestly, I have never experienced customer service like this! I'm happy to be on board! Thank you once again.

This was, at first, very frustrating for me, I had no idea what I was doing, and I was not going to use the app. However, after speaking with Shirly, she went over the app in extensive detail and showed me step-by-step how to use the app to work efficiently.

I really wanted to love this app however it has major issues with syncing quantities between Etsy and Shopify. My only use for this app was quantity syncing so I cannot speak for importing/exporting. It had been more than 24 hours since sales occurred and the quantities were not syncing. Keep in mind the advertised sync time is 15-20 minutes. The first time I noticed the issue I reached out via shopify support and received a response almost immediately. Shirly said she resolved the issue and that it was “A configuration issue” that they fixed on their end to adjust with my account. I also verified that I did everything correctly and it was not a user error. However, this fix did not last long. The very next day I had the same issue and reached out again via the same email thread from before, no response. The issue resolved itself after many hours. Here we are a few days later and the exact same thing is happening. I reached out for the third time via Shopify Support, no response. It’s been 2+ days since sales have occurred and quantities are not updating unless I manually change them, which defeats the purpose of my use for the app. I gave it a fair shot, unfortunately it can not provide the advertised bi-directional syncing I was looking for so I’ll be removing it. Shirly was helpful and kind in the first instance that I talked to her, however I can’t exactly give good ratings for long term customer support as I did not receive a response the following two times. I paid for a service that it could not provide and am left disappointed. Hopefully they’re able to fix the issues with their app.

This application is truly amazing! I have over 100 items in Shopify and it would have been such a hassle to enter each item one by one in the Etsy app. It does exactly what is described in the features. I suggest watching the tutorials, following the instructions exactly as told, and double-checking what features you have enabled. I had a user error by not enabling the order sync feature. However, their customer support is exceptional. Shirly contacted me directly and walked me through my issue. I highly recommend!

Support is always accessible and kind. We don't talk to machines, but to real people trying to solve our problem and continuously improve the app. It's a very simple tool to use too. I highly recommend.

It took a few days to get set up right, but just message Shirley the app developer and she will get you going. It does not copy over videos, and you have to add sku's to the products you want to sync. You also have to manually upload any new listings- it does not auto-update based on a collection unfortuately. Etsy only accepts tags with 20 characters, so do not select "copy tags" -you will need to make different tags for etsy, and have flat rate (not calculated) shipping selected for the import, then you can change it back... Im hopeful that this will be worth it because etsy and google search have a good thing going.

Was searching for ages for a simple app that would sync orders & inventory! This app is perfect & has various control functions e.g. removal of duplicate order ids that can let me sleep well at night. Big recommend

This app has saved me so much time. Works great! I was having a problem I didn't even know I had, Shirly contacted me via email to let me know and how to fix it. Amazing customer service and product. You won't be disappointed. Worth every penny!

I just set up this app, and I am very happy with it's work so far! I created a listing with multiple variants on Shopify and it seemlessly created a listing on Etsy with all the variants. Customer service is excellent! I am new to shopify and many things were confusing. Shirley walked me through the steps and sent tutorials for the next steps as well. Thank you!

Was having issues with the recent update but everything is working great. Much easier now to upload inventory and sync everything up with etsy. Great customer service.

I don't recommend. This app is very unstable and the support is very haphazard. It allows for multiple duplicated entry of items which creates huge headaches. Maybe this is ok for small catalogs but not for shops with thousands of skus. After working with this company for 6 months on duplicates and missing orders - we are dumping it. Plus the developer tried to bully us into removing our review!

I have lots of inventory located in a third party location that I sell on both Shopify and Etsy - this is a great tool to keep track of my inventory on both, so i don't have to manually adjust each time I make a sale. Exactly what I was looking for.
