I just went to enable cookies and next thing I know, inventory not even on Etsy has been removed. Wth???! I have many other selling channels and this totally removed all my listings.
Hey, As discussed via email you are using the app more then a year and you are still using the it and mentioned that you like it. We never delete listings and you should only make sure to restoke on Etsy side when listing is on sold out status. Best, Shirly.

Excellent App. I have been waiting for an app that would transfer my Etsy orders to Shopify and do an inventory sync between Shopify and Etsy, this app does this very well. I am very pleased with how well this works.

Works very well, and the customer service is perfect. I had issues with the app integration but Shirly and her team were very quick to help me get it resolved. Would 100% recommend managing Etsy and Shopify inventory!

This app absolutely nails it! We've tested many Etsy Apps but this app is the only one that brings us the result we need. It sync the inventory perfectly & creates orders in shopify. The app support is just awesome, they helped us directly with every step!

Amazing app + Great service by Shirly and the team. I used this app to sync my products from my Shopify store to my Etsy store and also sync back orders from Etsy to Shopify. It saves a lot of time. Thanks:)

This app has made my life so much easier! I no longer have to go into etsy or my website when there is a purchase to adjust inventory. It does it all for me. Thank you!

It works as it is supposed to. For now i will continue to pay for its use. Would really like to see it work better with out having to export and import all the time.

I’ve been using this app for several months and it operates perfectly and is easy to use. Support has been beyond helpful, and quickly helps me with any question I might have. Exporting listings to Etsy is very easy, and I’ve been able to batch about 50 at a time, which helped a lot when I first started the integration. I have, and would recommend this app to other people.

This app is great!! Super easy to install. Learning how to integrate the app and all the features for Etsy was seemless. I think it is reasonably priced and makes managing an Shopify and Etsy shop so much easier!! Thank you!!

We use over 20 apps our shop...NEVER EXPERIENCED such great customer service with working with a 3rd party app. Seriously. Thank you so much, super refreshing.

No real changes to report except oversells still happening in late of 2025, with this app incorrectly +1'ing my Shopify inventory when I sell a product on Shopify. There may be a way to resolve that (for example "Shopify quantities will override Etsy quantities", but there is no website documentation to explain what that means. The video, that is 2 years old, mentions that option is only available during initial setup. Clearly that has changed, as its in the settings now, but I do not know what it means. Does it mean Etsy inventory will NEVER go down on Etsy or Shopify if a sell occurs on Etsy? I never, ever want Etsy to +1 anything, but it does way to frequently when I sell 1 item on Shopify. I have used the app because there was no real alternative as of the date of this original review. It works, slowly, and not always when you need it to - often to leading to oversells of products, which has happened several times over the last couple of years. I've sold out on either Shopify or Etsy only to have the app not function properly and not correctly deduct the final inventory to 0 on the other sale channel - Etsy or Shopify. OR, if I ZERO out Shopify inventory manually, the app will often add a +1 to Shopify 15 minutes later. It still sees 1 on Etsy and thinks - "Ok, let me +1 to Shopify." Not awesome. This causes an oversell of the product, which exactly what I'm paying to prevent. It happens too frequently to keep track, as recently as late August 2025. I would have a sale on Shopify (-1) only to have Etsy app (+1) Shopify for no reason. The app has lead to multiple oversells on at least 5 different products in the past week. :| Support/Shirly had been quick to respond in the past, and they are nice, but they don't have a solution as you can see by their response below.

This app helps us save so much time and effort by syncing hundreds of Etsy listings (Improves our customer experience too). The customer support is the BEST I've ever received in all the apps I've used on Shopify. Highly recommended!
