I have an Etsy shop with over 200 listings and hundreds of SKUs that are repeated in different listings in my shop. I found that this is a company that's just getting started. Their customer service is extremely good, and they are still working out their kinks. They are happy to work them out with you. My shop is mid-size and I can afford a more high-powered software that functions perfectly out the gate, so I went with that. If you're bargain hunting and have a simple shop, this app might be perfect for you.

WARNING! CHANGES STOCK NUMBERS RANDOMLY!!!!! Updated review: After using this for a while (I don't know when exactly it started changing stock numbers without permission), the app started to randomly and without authorization edit, delete and add stock to products-- products that were not even part of the inventory integration. Because at least SOME of the products were not even authorized to be part of this apps services, they should not have been touched by the app. I have spent MONTHS trying to figure out why my stock was never right-- especially on products that were listed only in one store. I was always selling things I did not have and that I THOUGHT I had long ago edited to be correct. It turns out, I did edit them, but the app just goes ahead and changes them to whatever it wants. You can see this in the product variant inventory history. I finally reached out to Shopify for help and they were able to precisely show that this app was responsible for the random changes-- they are the ones that showed me SHOPUPZ was changing the inventory randomly in the variant investory history. There was NO DOUBT that this app was responsible. They created a case for me and submitted it to the developers of this app. The case was IGNORED. I received NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So, I reached out again, and Shirly told me that she needed to know what the problem was. I referred her to the case from Shopify. She replied that she needed details and examples and implied that there must not really be a problem because I was a customer for over a year. I AGAIN referred her to the case from Shopify which the tech and I spent about an hour putting together. I saw no reason to re-do this work when she should have received AND ALREADY RESPONDED to this case. A better app with better support would not have had this problem in the first place and secondarily, they should have addressed the shopify case immediately. Instead, they have an inventory management app that makes it's own decisions about your stock levels (sometimes adding or deleting 5 or more to a specific variant) and a support team that does not see, respond to or care about the cases submitted through shopify. THen she stopped replying at all. So now I have an TRASHY app that has completely screwed up the stock all over my store, and NO SUPPORT AT ALL WHATSOEVER. If you're looking for an app to mess up your hard work counting, by all means install it. But if you want something that does what it says without randomly changing stock for NO REASON, please look elsewhere. This is a horrible app with horrible support. DO NOT USE!!!! My Initial review: Easy to set up and the support and help is fantastic. This is so great for keeping stock between my stores synced. Great app!!!

Does what it says it will. Really easy integration and no issues with the synch of orders and stock across the platforms. Shirly has been fantastic throughout. Definitely recommend.

So, I never write reviews, but I really had to for this one because it really does work well, and with little fuss. I got this app to replace a different Etsy sync app (that I will not name, but it never worked right with inventory sync which was, y'know, the entire point of me having it) with, and I've been using it for about a month now. It legitimately just works. The inventory and order sync's been flawless, the settings are easy to understand, etc. it's just really, really good. If you're on the fence with getting some other app for your Etsy sync, don't, just get this one, it's great. Thank you devs!

We use the automatic order, inventory, and tracking number sync features of this app. All of the features are extremely simple and have worked correctly since day one. We used this app to replace a different integration tool which was extremely complicated and never worked correctly. I am very happy with my choice to use Etsy Sync Stock & Order.

Been using this app for a few weeks now since launching my Shopify shop alongside Etsy and it works perfectly, does exactly what I need it do and far more reasonably priced than other similar apps. If you only need Shopify and Etsy syncing, highly recommend this one. I've not needed any support as it's honestly just worked perfectly, but it has been offered with a quick reply to my thanking them so I am pretty confident if I do need support in the future they'll be on hand to help. Thanks!

Very happy to have found this app! I had some issues with syncing the products, but with some help from Shirley everything is running smoothly now. A+ customer service!! Thanks Shirley Edit: Wanted to update my review because I'm still incredibly happy with how it works. I'm now also selling wholesale on Faire and they have an app to connects to Shopify but not to Etsy. But thanks to this app indirectly all the stock stays up to date on all 3 platforms!

Amazing, had few issues with orders coming through but the team worked out of normal hours to rectify the issue. This is the sort of customer service you don't get these days!

We were looking for an app like this for a long time, but everything we found was one-directional, so it only kept track of the sales on the website. This app is bi-directional, so anytime there is a sale on either platform, it keeps track of the inventory. Very happy with it, and Shirly even checks in to see if we ever need assistance. Thank you for the great app and service!

This app works. It keeps your stock synced between etsy and shopify. Customer service is amazing. Any time I've had a question Shirly gets back to me quickly and has wonderful friendly communication.

A life-changing app! very easy to install and use, sync regularly our stock between the 2 stores (Shopify and Etsy)! The team was very helpful and communication is great! Highly recommend!

I have been using this app for almost a month now. The support is absolutely great, Shirly goes above and beyond. She has accommodated settings for me that I need, and I am a happy user. If you have a store that needs fast inventory sync this is for you. Also, the price is great comparing to other similar apps!

I had one bad experience with another app and was worried when decided to try this one. But after 2 weeks using and checking work flow, I can tell that the app works very well, no issues found and it has fair enough price. Now I'm sure that our inventory is accurate. Very simple setup btw. I recommend this app.

ShopUpz App is a lifesaver when you have 2 sbops on Etsy and Shopify, as you don't need to flick through both places trying to manually adjust stock changes. And Shirly's customer support is just amazing. Not even all my questions were answered, even a few tech changes were made in-app to accommodate my requests. I would highly recommend everyone who has 2 shops on Shopify and Etsy to use this App.
