Update, the app will not load for us, and after several requests for help via support with no answer, we have removed this app. It worked great then left us in a lurch. The Etsy Inventory app for shopify is excellent. It is easy to use and has made selling my shopify items in my etsy studio and keeping things synched a breeze. Thank you so much team! Hi, Shirly from shopUpz! Please note that Etsy changed their permission scope last week and I have sent you notification regarding the change and next steps as soon as we discovered the issue. We also opened a ticket on Etsy side so they will investigate the issue. Please note that we respond most times up to 24 hours . Since we are not a Shopify plus app we are allowed to reply for up to 72 hours . That said, I've replied as soon as I can as promised in less than 24 hours and sent you multiple emails but you haven't replied to me yet. Feel free to reach out and I would be happy to assist. As you know, service is my top priority and the app works as expected. I’ve been using this app for several months and it operates perfectly and is easy to use. Support has been beyond helpful, and quickly helps me with any question I might have. Exporting listings to Etsy is very easy, and I’ve been able to batch about 50 at a time, which helped a lot when I first started the integration. I have, and would recommend this app to other people.

This app is great!! Super easy to install. Learning how to integrate the app and all the features for Etsy was seemless. I think it is reasonably priced and makes managing an Shopify and Etsy shop so much easier!! Thank you!!

Very useful app, a little on the pricey side though when paired with Shopify standard fees and additional apps. Good for stores with lots of traffic and sales.

We use over 20 apps our shop...NEVER EXPERIENCED such great customer service with working with a 3rd party app. Seriously. Thank you so much, super refreshing.

I use the app because there is no real alternative as of this writing. It works, slowly, and not always when you need it to - often to leading to oversells of products, which has happened several times over the last year. I've sold out on either Shopify or Etsy only to have the app not function properly and not correctly deduct the final inventory to 0 on the other sale channel - Etsy or Shopify. OR, if I ZERO out Shopify inventory manually, the app will often add a +1 to Shopify 15 minutes later. It still sees 1 on Etsy and thinks - "Ok, let me +1 to Shopify." Not awesome. This causes an oversell of the product, which exactly what I'm paying to prevent. It happens too frequently to keep track, as recently as July 1 - 7. Sold out on Etsy, no deduction occurred on Shopify, which sold it again later. :| Support/Shirly is quick to respond, and they are nice, but they don't have a solution as you can see by their response below.

Every several months Etsy may release a new API or have issues that we don't have control over. When we find any issue we contact them and we need to wait for them to fix it. Tip: Use Chrome browser, and turn off pop-up blocker. It's super easy & simple. Customer service is amazing. Trust that. Works like you want it to! We originally had 2separate inventories that were sold in 2places, with 2 different storage spots in a tiny space. Selling hand crafted items that fly off the shelves made balancing stock almost impossible. This app opened the door of opportunity to combine the 2 inventories and their storage into one - doubling the amount of available products in both stores. The bi-sync option has been a major blessing. For anyone that sells on Etsy, you know when something sells out, you have to resurrected directly from Etsy. Being able to swap back and forth between apps on the phone or pc depending on the need at hand is super seamless now. For real ~ this app has saved us hours of annoying labor, grief from unbalanced & super low stock ... we have already seen an increase in orders & order values due to having more available to sell across the board.

Works great! I admit I didn't try all of the features. I only used this app to keep my inventory accurate between Shopify and Etsy but it worked perfectly. I never oversold on either site.

I waited to leave a review until I got a dozen Etsy sales so that I could see if everything worked okay, and it does! I am very happy with this app and the customer service! As I have been setting everything up, I've had to message Shirly a bunch with questions, and she's been super helpful. Order fulfillment is seamless. My Etsy orders show up with my Shopify orders and I just fill them as normal within Shopify. All tracking info is sent to the customer and its super simple. As far as I can tell, inventory synching is working well also! Just a few things to note about the app that I didn't understand when I started using it: - I just assumed that when I changed something in one of my Shopify listings, that it would sync with my imported Etsy one and vice versa. This is not the case. Once you import a Shopify listing to Etsy, no edits to either listing will sync to the other. (This isn't an issue for me. It was just an incorrect assumption on my behalf.) - In order to export listings from Shopify, you need to have a fixed shipping profile set up in Etsy. You'll need to export all of your products to that fixed shipping profile. Once they're exported, you can change the shipping profile to calculated if you would prefer, and the items will synch seamlessly. - This is an Etsy thing, not something specifically about this app: in Shopify, we allow our products to go into negative numbers as we make most of our products to order. This doesn't work with Etsy unfortunately. In order for a product to show as available on Etsy, the inventory has to be 1 or more, otherwise it will show as SOLD OUT. There's no option to "continue selling when sold out," like on Shopify. We changed all of our inventory to be +100, meaning if our inventory is 104, we have 4 items on hand. If our inventory is 98, we have -2 and need to make 2 of that item. Again, this is absolutely not a fault with this app, just something annoying we ran into when going cross-platform with our made-to-order products. And again, Shirly was really very helpful when I came to her about this issue.

I used this app for Etsy integration and crosslisting. I found it easy to use and errors were explained clearly making for easy corrections. Service was top notch with an immediate response and an invitation for a google meet to answer all my questions. This app does the job with the best app service!

We have been using ShopUpz Etsy Inventory Integration for almost a year now and it works great! No more worrying about marking Shopify or Etsy inventory down one whenever we make a sale. Huge time savings for us and avoids the uncomfortable (and bad customer service) situation where in the past we may have not marked something as sold out and then it sells and we have to tell the customer we don't have that item any more. Plus Shirly at ShopUpz has been great and so quick to respond to any questions or issues we have. Totally recommend ShopUpz Etsy Inventory Integration!! AND it actually gave me the confidence to add other apps to our Shopify store that we should have done a long time ago. Thanks for everything Shirly! :)
