Shopventory lets our business accurately track our inventory and costing in real time, enabling us to make better inventory and business decisions. With multiple sites, Shopventory lets us quickly transfer inventory between locations. Shopventory is a must for any multi-location business.

Very helpful, robust app. Even on the basic tier, it's dramatically improved our inventory management, and was integral when we established a second location. The help sections and customer service are very thorough and responsive!

We used a different service as our POS platform and used Shopify for our website. Shopventory merged those two, and that changed the way we did everything for the better. Their customer service is always quick to respond –– they've helped us problem solve and walk through many situations. We are very grateful to have worked with Shopventory!

You know what V stands for? Valerie! I am so impressed by this app and the customer service that comes with the.. service, lol. Multiple time I have ran into issues on my own behalf and she has been there to help our company out. A straightforward tool with well-organized details and options. Easy to use and makes a world of a difference when tracking inventory and syncing with the POS. Another favorite factor is how friendly and readily available the Support team is!

As a growing business with complicated bundling of products, keeping on top of my stock management was a nightmare and items were regularly going out of stock. I am 8 weeks into using Shopventory and I cannot speak highly enough of how it has helped me. I am getting on top of inventory management and it has given me great peace of mind. It has also freed me up to spend my time on the things that really need my attention. Customer service was also excellent (unusually so). I got a follow up phone call (yes, by phone, talking to an actual person!!) from James after a few weeks and he could not have been more helpful. Affordable plans too which are hard to get for the functionality I require. Well done guys.

Shopventory is such a great integration tool, with knowledgeable staff who provide excellent hands on training! Thanks to Miranda, the Customer Success Staff member who patiently walked me through some extremely helpful features, I will be saving lots of time in the future.

I rarely write review, and when i do, it is either because I am really happy or disappointed. In this case, very happy with Shopventory. I looked at a few other apps in the genre, but their support is 2nd to none. Have not had one bad experience with their team, and I've been reaching out alot to them so i can understand the system. While no system perfectly fits your needs, they have come very close. Cannot recommend them enough and they are clearly looking to improve their service.

Shopventory has been a fantastic solution for us. With multiple locations, hugely varying needs for the business, Shopventory's staff has taken the time to learn what our needs are and help us to implement inventory management on a whole new level than we had before. Going from a very outdated system with CAM, they have worked extensively with us by chats, emails, conference and video calls. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I've received from Joe and Roslind. TOP NOTCH! No system is perfect for everyone, but these folks listen to what you need and try to help you find a way to get it.

This app has changed our lives! We use multiple sales channels + Shopventory has made life so much easier to track inventory + see sales trends across the board. Their customer service is also phenomenal!

Robust and affordable with unmatched customer support. I wouldn't even call it customer support, it's more like having a team of experts ready to fully devote themselvs to you. We're a medium sized company with many complex moving parts, i.e. retail, wholesale, warehouse, manufacturing, e-commerce, and fulfillment center. Shopventory has completely streamlined how we caculate cost, stock counts, and internal data for our multi channel system of operations. With all software solution systems, Shopventory is not without its limitations. But there is no perfect system that will meet the specific needs of every business, and that should be obvious. Shopventory has enabled us to make smarter business choices through data and analytics that are imperative for operations, development and overall growth. Shout out to Miranda for spending several weeks with me developing a system that works best for our company.

We have been always using this app to manage our inventory. The customer service team is super great and super responsive. All the features are sophisticated. Really recommend this app for anyone looking for an app to manage inventory!!

Just wanted to update my review! I love Shopventory! I have been using the desktop version for years to run my small independent-designer focused boutique. Shopventory is great for running reports, keeping track of all of my costs, and everything inventory-related. They have rolled out updates over time, and whenever I have questions, they are always very quick to answer and excellent with customer service. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs an inventory tracking system that is intuitive and easy to use. For me, it is the best one out there.

It is great for managing inventory through out website and in store and takes one more thing off my plate! Customer service is great. i would highly recommended Shopventory!

Awesome for managing inventory across multiple platforms. Customer service is great. They were very knowledgeable and helped our web developer through any issues quickly. Stock counts through the scanning app is also very handy. Highly recommended.

We're new to barcoding our inventory, and we're finding that the system is very intuitive. This is great, because some of our crew are not comfortable around technology- but everyone is learning! Shopventory has proven to be the perfect link between our Clover POS system and our Shopify website. We also love how easy it is to manage the visibility of low inventory items on through Shopventory to Shopify so that our website always looks fresh. And the Shopventory crew have always been there whenever we have questions- and they even check in with us random to make sure we're doing okay. To say that we're in love is an understatement.
