So easy to work with. Great Chat Service. Very very responsive ( I don't think they ever sleep :) .....and most of all - their app is so easy to use , logical, clear and very user friendly. Wow - this is a 5 star app. Set up is a breeze and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend if you need to file sales tax in more than your own home state.

There needs to be an option for 10 stars! Our bookkeeping team decided to start using Sidr for a new client rather than a competitor that we are using for an older client, and it has been a world of a difference. First of all, the user interface is much more clean and less overwhelming than the competitor. This includes the means of populating reports should you be filing returns manually, but we decided to go with the automatic filing. Second, the costs are much more reasonable. Third, the tutorials and help articles are immaculate - it feels like they're reaching out and holding your hand personally to walk you through all steps of the infernal sales tax processes. Lastly, and most of all, the support we've received from Tongbo and Kevin from Sidr have been nothing short of magical. The patience, understanding, and ridiculously speedy communication we receive from them make dealing with sales tax matters feel like a walk in the park. We can't recommend Sidr enough!

Sidr Tax has been exactly what we needed for our growing business and increased sales tax filing demands. I have been very happy with the app and especially with the customer service (it feels like you have your own account manager!). I had used Avalara and Taxually in the past but both had such high costs and very poor customer service. I would definitely recommend Sidr Tax for filing business sales tax returns.

I am a bookkeeper and needed something to help my client with her Shopify sales tax. I demoed quite a few of the other sales tax reporting software products and am so glad I went with Sidr. They have made processing past and current sales tax super easy and have saved my client a bunch of money. Tongbo and his team are very responsive and explain everything very clearly and promptly.

Customer service can't be beat. From the very beginning, our company was helped from setup until completion of very awkward and involved sales tax reporting. Now that we have it up and running, having this app's services will be a tremendous help. It's a relief to know that the Sidr team will be there to help us get it done.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AVALARA! I'm the tech/ops manager for Make It Happen Media and I never leave reviews for apps but I feel like I really had to for Sidr. We have 2 other stores that have separate shopify accounts and since they're all underneath our account it makes it very easy to separate which sales and reports go to which store, you can even combine all the sales for stores if you have to combine the tax information under 1 EIN. Their customer service team is truly unmatched. When we first implemented this app at the end of last year, they didn't split the food tax vs state tax for Illinois. I brought this to their attention, and their team got to work coding and brought the feature to the platform. Not only that, but they actually updated me and let me know when they did this. This might seem like a small feat but I've been designing sites for over 8 years across every platform you could think of and its so rare you're personally notified about a feature you inquired about. 10/10 5/5 100/100. I've tried a few other apps before we landed on Sidr and it hasn't ever let us down!

Very happy with this service - the communication with the Sidr team (mainly working with Tongbo) has been excellent, and they are providing exceptional customer support. They immediately respond to questions and emails and provide very timely updates on any changes or topics that would require our attention.

Absolutely amazing app. The support is what makes it the best. Tongbo & team are extremely helpful. They have literally fixed all my sales tax worries and headaches. Couldn't recommend it more! Better than any other software we've tried. (we've tried a few). The automated sales tax reporting is incredible and literally just plugs right into Shopify.
