Working with Signifyd has been an absolute dream. Their team is consistently cooperative, responsive, and incredibly easy to partner with. Every challenge we've faced (from fraudulent orders to chargebacks and everything in between) has been handled with complete ease on their end. Partnering with Signifyd has given us incredible peace of mind and allowed us to focus on what matters most... growing our business. We realized how much time it was taking us trying to monitor and prevent fraud, and when we found out about Signifyd it was a no-brainer. Setup was pretty thorough and after that it's quite seamless. Now we don't have to stress when we get a huge order or something looks fishy, because we know Signifyd has our back with a full guarantee. We really like the fact that they put their own money at risk if they don't perform, which means that they truly stand behind their service.
