Signifyd will quickly burn the multi-million dollar business you’ve built. They promised protection from fraud and increased acceptance of orders, instead, they took a LARGE CHUNK of our money, blocked THOUSANDS of legitimate orders from loyal customers, and completely wrecked our reputation. No warning, no explanation. Just cancellations and total chaos. We were left to fix everything manually and apologize for their mistakes. They charge a fortune, cancel real orders, and disappear. We lost sales, customer trust, and years of work. Skip the headache. Accept chargebacks yourself, it's cheaper, and without the total nightmare. Do yourself and your business a favour - avoid these scammers at all costs.

I would recommend Signifyd, they've been doing a great job of monitoring and advising on our customer's credit card purchases. It's really nice to find an app that has is concerned about customer service! They're very responsive and go the extra mile to help when a problem arises.

We love Signifyd. We operate in a high-fraud industry, and they are awesome to work with. We have stellar approval rates, and I believe they have the best fraud detection. They work closely with us, and we don't have to endlessly tinker with rules. They pretty much handle everything.

I loved Signifyd when I started using them. Then they switched to reimbursement via credit towards your next invoice which doesn't really do anything to help. It just means you have to keep using them. Ok fine, the screening is still good. Most of my business is via repeat customers and the scams are pretty easy to identify so I decided I probably am not benefiting from my plan. I've tried reaching out to support via email for over a month now asking about plan options as I've had trouble justifying their usage. I've received zero replies. The ticket I submitted as medium priority was downgraded to low and I'll bet I won't hear back until the next billing cycle. It's going to be awkward when I have to issue a chargeback.

Aug. 20, 2024

Wrongly turned off store syncing without our permission. Was advised it was because we didn't use the service, but upon further checking we did have it turned on and using it. Asked support to restore it and fix syncing transactions for guarantee, and they advised they did, but still not working.
