Do not recommend this app. It's always out of stock, and they never notify me. Customer service is equally terrible—they respond incredibly slowly, offer absolutely no help, and provide no real solutions. And the shipping is infuriating—it takes forever; some orders have been on their way for over 30 days.

This app is terrible. Orders are always waiting to be processed, tracking information never updates, and customer service replies are always in queues. It's awful; don't waste your time on it.

The customer service support is terrible. No one replies in the chat window. Order quotes are incredibly slow, and they often don't even provide one when you have a small order volume. Even when they do provide a quote, the price is exorbitant. Orders are frequently canceled due to their delays, and I've even had to issue refunds to customers. Their efficiency is far too low for my business. I do not recommend them!

I place orders for clients, but the shipping is always delayed. When I contact customer service, the replies are incredibly incompetent; they keep asking the same questions, which drives me crazy. I've already paid exorbitant shipping fees, but I still have to wait a long time to receive the goods, and the quality is poor. This is the worst dropshipping platform I've ever used.

Their inventory is a complete mess—products are always out of stock, but their website never updates the inventory information. I always have to actively ask if a product is actually in stock, instead of them updating the inventory automatically. It's a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. This has left me constantly plagued by inventory problems.
