Scammers Stay away!!. They dont ship paid orders and give you fake delivery proofs without images. More than 5 customer complaint in 2 weeks span, that they receive delivery notification but no delevery attempt was made, two customer even provided a video proof from their CCTV and they still wont reund. I had some balance left in account when i decided not to use them anymore and ofcourse there is no way to get the money out from the platform. I dont know how shopify is allowing scammers on their app store. Additionally all the other one star reviews are true. Super slow delivery time(1-3 months), about 10% parcel doesnt get delivered(from my experience), Non existing refund policy as they avoid their own refund policy by handing you over a "PROOF OF DELEVERY" that just mentions time of delivery which is obviously false proven by my 2 of my customers cctv fotage. Takes forever to Quote and have to do multiple follow ups just to get a response from their team. After taking payment they come back to you after 3 weeks mentioning that te product is out of stock and they cant fulfill. Countless issues. Simplly STAY AWAY!!

This app is extremely user-unfriendly and provides a terrible user experience. After order volume increased, shipping speed slowed significantly, customer service was sluggish, and order processing times often exceeded ten days, requiring me to repeatedly follow up. A large amount of time and energy was wasted on ineffective communication, making it impossible to focus on running the store and expanding business. This inefficient service severely impacts store operations and is highly discouraged.
Sihi is the worst platform I’ve ever worked with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—they’re borderline scammers! They take forever to ship products. A friend of mine stocked up with them for Chinese New Year, and they didn’t send the products. Some of her orders were placed almost two months ago and still haven’t even left China. Nothing but headaches! In my case, I was at least lucky that I only placed a few orders with them. They promised delivery within a maximum of 18 days, but I had products that took almost 40 days to arrive. It often took more than 15 days just for the items to leave China. Whenever I followed up, they responded with generic, copy-paste messages full of excuses. And the same excuses they used with me were the exact same ones they gave to my friends at different times. I only gave them a 1-star rating because it’s impossible to give zero. There are much more reliable platforms out there than this garbage.

Do not recommend this app. It's always out of stock, and they never notify me. Customer service is equally terrible—they respond incredibly slowly, offer absolutely no help, and provide no real solutions. And the shipping is infuriating—it takes forever; some orders have been on their way for over 30 days.

This app is terrible. Orders are always waiting to be processed, tracking information never updates, and customer service replies are always in queues. It's awful; don't waste your time on it.

The customer service support is terrible. No one replies in the chat window. Order quotes are incredibly slow, and they often don't even provide one when you have a small order volume. Even when they do provide a quote, the price is exorbitant. Orders are frequently canceled due to their delays, and I've even had to issue refunds to customers. Their efficiency is far too low for my business. I do not recommend them!

Pior empresa de Fulfillment, impossível ter LTV com a SIHI. Pós vendas péssimos. Muita dor de cabeça e pedidos cancelados por conta da demora. Não recomendo!!! Usem a FFORDER, eles tem remessa conforme.

Very bad app, don't lose your time with it.
Very bad customer service. Nobody replies on their chat box. They just give you price quotes if you have minimum 5 open orders, but they take too much time to return with a quote. Not efficient for my business. They are Brazilian-based, so no English support.
