I'd like to give negative stars if there's option, because they are absolutely fraud. When you try to add products to your store from their website, you have to wait for manual processing to add product details before you can add them to your store. Meanwhile, inventory information is completely opaque. I saw some comments pointing that they ship very slowly, and some orders weren't even fulfilled. Fortunately, due to the complexity of their website, I ultimately didn't choose to ship through their company. Afterwards, I asked customer service to delete my account and clear all my data. Their representatives verbally promised to do so, but they would NEVER delete that account. All my information remains in their backend, and I keep receiving their marketing messages, which I could not even unsubscribe! When I look at their reviews, I genuinely question how many of those positive reviews are even real, because the service I have experienced is nothing like what those reviews claim. This company is not only completely dishonest, but also extremely annoying! I will never recommend them to anyone. Just do everything you can to STAY AWAY from SIHI Dropshipping.

I am giving this service one star only because there is no option to give zero. I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this service. At first, communication seemed promising, but over time I began experiencing repeated delays in order fulfillment, a lack of transparency regarding stock availability, and increasing difficulty obtaining accurate information about my shipments. The most concerning issue has been the lack of communication. I have contacted my account managers, Ravi and Jean, on numerous occasions requesting updates about delayed orders, estimated delivery dates, and explanations regarding tracking information that does not appear to update correctly. Unfortunately, my messages have largely gone unanswered. As a result, I now have multiple customers requesting refunds, filing complaints, and threatening chargebacks. This situation has negatively impacted my business reputation and customer relationships. I understand that delays can happen in any logistics operation. However, what is unacceptable is the absence of clear communication and timely support when problems arise. Business owners depend on reliable information to manage customer expectations. I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its customer support, transparency, and order management processes. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to other Shopify merchants who rely on consistent fulfillment and responsive account management.

Scammers Stay away!!. They dont ship paid orders and give you fake delivery proofs without images. More than 5 customer complaint in 2 weeks span, that they receive delivery notification but no delevery attempt was made, two customer even provided a video proof from their CCTV and they still wont reund. I had some balance left in account when i decided not to use them anymore and ofcourse there is no way to get the money out from the platform. I dont know how shopify is allowing scammers on their app store. Additionally all the other one star reviews are true. Super slow delivery time(1-3 months), about 10% parcel doesnt get delivered(from my experience), Non existing refund policy as they avoid their own refund policy by handing you over a "PROOF OF DELEVERY" that just mentions time of delivery which is obviously false proven by my 2 of my customers cctv fotage. Takes forever to Quote and have to do multiple follow ups just to get a response from their team. After taking payment they come back to you after 3 weeks mentioning that te product is out of stock and they cant fulfill. Countless issues. Simplly STAY AWAY!!

I've been a Sihi customer since 2021 and I really like their service. They are the only supplier with excellent after-sales support, responding quickly to customers, and I have great contact with my manager, Mia. Currently, they are the best supplier to buy products from.

SIHI is an amazing partner! They offer fast global shipping, great product quality, and provide tracking codes very quickly. The platform is secure and easy to use. What truly stands out is their exceptional customer service and dedicated account managers who are always fast and helpful. Highly recommended!
