They are a bunch of scammers who will completely ruin your relationship with your customers. They send out really bad quality products, charge you way too much for them, and use shitty carriers just to maximize their own profits. To make matters worse, they will assign you a stupid assistant with no experience who ignores your questions and leaves you on "read" at the most critical times. They are just a middleman that will upcharge you 80% for goods while destroying your customer trust. We actually lost our Shopify account because of this. And don't expect them to refund you for their defective, cheap-quality products when you inevitably get hit with chargebacks. They are not professional at all—just a bunch of scammers. If you want your Shopify account to get closed down, go ahead and use them.
