Great app for turning Shopify POS into a functional cafe ordering system. Seb and the team are extremely responsive and always happy to help with any issues or implement new features.

We've been using Simmer at a few different Shopify POS locations for a little while now for both the KDS and the modifiers. It's a solid product, and the development team has been making improvements quickly over the past several months adding different features. Any questions or concerns that we've encountered have been quickly explained or fixed after an email. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a KDS on Shopify.

Wir betreiben mittwochs eine After-Work-Gastro in unserem Kochstudio und waren lange auf der Suche nach einer Lösung, mit der wir Bestellungen pro Gast einfach erfassen, an Ausschank und Küche weiterleiten, fertige Positionen abhaken und am Ende alles sauber in den Warenkorb übernehmen können. Genau das haben wir mit der Simmer App gefunden – eine echte All-in-One-Lösung! Die App ist unkompliziert, flexibel anpassbar und macht unsere Arbeit enorm leichter. Was früher aufwendig und fehleranfällig war, läuft jetzt schnell, übersichtlich und absolut zuverlässig. Für uns ist Simmer ein echter Gamechanger, wenn es um Gäste und Bestellungen geht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team von Simmer: super nett, unkompliziert, immer hilfsbereit und offen für neue Ideen. Der Kontakt macht einfach Spaß, man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben und merkt, dass hier Leute mit Leidenschaft dabei sind. Fazit: Sehr geil, absolut empfehlenswert und genau die Lösung, die wir gesucht haben. Für uns gibt es kein Zurück mehr – Simmer ist aus unserem Betrieb nicht mehr wegzudenken.

Simmer served as a friendly to use service for a large event. We needed a simple but effective solution for eight food stands. With very little time, the team helped greatly with a smooth onboarding process and was by our side the entire journey. The software worked without fail and the interface and experience reduced training time for our associates. Simmer served as a simple yet effective solution for our event, we would not hesitate to use them again for future events.

Highly recommended! Migrating from Square to Shopify I was shocked by how many basic features are missing on Shopify. Then I found Simmer. This app is indispensable! So well thought out when it comes to both features and execution. It makes Shopify so much more usable. It's completely supercharging the basic functionality of the POS. Works flawlessly on both iPads and Android phones. The support is very responsive and helpful. If you read this and install the app, remember to leave a review to keep the team behind going!

We've started using this app with our new venue, combining Table Service and Take-Away elements in the same space. Simmer has been an absolute dream, solving 90% of our problems with using Shopify POS in a Hospitality setting on launch. The other 10% are being worked on by Seb and the team, who have been incredibly receptive to feedback and have worked incredibly quickly to make changes at our suggestion. I'm excited to see the app grow and develop, and I'm so grateful to the Simmer crew for making this tool possible!

Great and effective app which allows for customisation of options and add-ons to your products. I would like to applaud the support team (Seb) for his quick response and swift actions to help me resolve a issue i faced.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now. At the very first, I was very desappointed as many features weren't working fine. It was very frustrating. The app promises weren't here. And then, the Simmer Team (Seb) got in touch with me to understand my worries and to ask me how they could help my team and I in using their app. I told them a few key points to improve to make their app very efficient. I finally found them very concerned about my experience and they have been working to fix all the bugs that I noticed to them. Today the app is more fluid. I can also say that kind of app that suits coffee shop with terrasse and table orders is quite rare. And I can say now their app is good choice for taking orders at tables with a very nice kitchen display system. A few things are still to be improved but I can bank on them to make it. Today change my 1* score to a 4* score. Maybe in a few weeks I will put a 5* score. Thank you Seb for your help.

The Simmer team are working hard to build an app which brings real omni-channel experience together for cafe and restaurant customers. The team have been easy to work with when I hit a few configuration changes and they’re a customer obsessed team. This comes through in the features the team are releasing. From KDS, through to tickets - they understand the workflow of a kitchen, and front-of house to combine them through Simmer. A hidden gem of an application- greatly enhancing the Shopify ecosystem. Great work Simmer team.
