We have a ticket support system, but having this embedded in our shop to quickly and efficiently answer FAQs has proven to be very useful. It gives customers a quick way to ask product specific questions and for us to easily add FAQs based on them. More importantly, whenever we ran into any issues or felt that something should be improved, the developer has been very responsive in solving it, something we must give praise for.

i cannot use this app free at my native language. only English you can use. if you try use this app you have to pay. So, i cannot tested this app freely
