Shadia was extra helpful and tried to guide me through a complicated problem of incorrect pictures assigning to the variances. She run extra mile to see the settings herself and provided a detailed advise of how to approach the problem with Shopify. Moreover she helped me with the tedious task of assigning products to the variances as she understood how frustrating it must have been for me when systems don't work as expected.
