My store is still a wobbly baby so I am only using the free plan (BYOB) right now. So far it has worked great and the team has been very helpful and respond very quickly to any questions or when I need some help.

Simple Bundles is a Shopify lifesaver. The bundles are easy to prepare and sync perfectly with TikTok, which can be a challenge. The interface is intuitive, and the features are robust. I reached out with a question and received a prompt, friendly, and greatly detailed response from Rosamie. This has been a wonderful experience and is a major asset to our store.

Maria was super helpful! I needed bundles that pass only the parent SKU to our 3PL while still pulling inventory from the individual units, with stock tracked separately per warehouse. She walked me through the single-SKU setup and answered every follow-up within minutes. Tested it with our 3PL the same day and it worked exactly as described. Great app and even better support!

Although initially we couldn't transition to 2.0 b/c of limitations with ShipStation integration, pick slips, checkout screen, etc., we were later able to transition thanks to their advanced support (entry level support didn't know what we were talking about, but after "escalation" support was terrific--really knowledgeable and understanding of doing business in the real world and willing to go above and beyond). Since then, we've had a couple questions that aren't answered in their support pages, but their support has been quick to respond and provide actual solutions (not just excuses like a lot of other apps or even shopify itself, for that matter). Wish shopify support was even half as good as this app's support! Overall, we'd recommend this app.
