All I can say is wow - I was stuck and even ChatGPT could not troubleshoot with me. Within a few hours of reaching out to the support team - Maria, Hosanna, and Camilla were quick with their diagnosis and pointed out the easy fix that I was missing in my setup. Amazing service!

I downloaded the app to test it out and I’m honestly more than happy with it! It’s very easy to set up and use, which makes everything really straightforward. The app has already helped me generate a bit more revenue than usual, especially thanks to the build-your-own bundles feature, which I absolutely love. It’s a great option for offering more flexibility to customers while also encouraging them to create larger bundles. I’m currently on the free plan, but after testing the app and seeing the results, it’s definitely encouraging me to upgrade to a higher plan so I can take advantage of even more features and hopefully generate even more sales. Overall, a really easy-to-use and effective app that I would definitely recommend!

We have used 'Simple bundles' alongside its sister app 'Freshly' to build our food and drink gift hamper website. The apps enable us to easily create bundles and track our produce across multiple lines, but more importantly the support team have been a fantiastic help in setting things up and even looking into more obscure requests and app features that we required.

We added this app to our store. Setup was quick and intuitive. We found an issue about a week or two after, that customers could still add a bundle to their cart that still required more selections. We reached out and had an answer and solution within the settings. Easy peasy.

Great app for customizable products — we sell tables with selectable tops and bases, and Infinite Options handles pricing, inventory, and order breakdowns perfectly. The support team is outstanding: Nhoriza Icaro, Esteban, Beejay, Hosanna, and Mariana helped us fix inventory display, customize option labels, and even implemented live price updates styled to match our theme. Fast, patient, and they actually solve things. Highly recommend!
