This is best for bundling items! Support team is right there, rapid response time, hands on help, they go above and beyond! A+ customer service. I use the bulk import function to easily create thousands of bundles. All syncing and operating properly. Lots of options to customize your bundles with easy to understand guides and resources. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Maria Parra and Camila Sanchez, incredible support team!

Tried this app out and immediately ran into problems. The UI is clunky and far from intuitive, but that's the least of my concerns. The app wiped our entire inventory and set everything to 0. When I flagged it to their support team, they told me to read some FAQs and manually fix it myself. Manually. For an inventory that will take hours to correct. This is genuinely the worst Shopify app experience I've ever had. The product is broken and the support is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. CANNOT RECOMMEND!
Thank you for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inventory disruption you experienced. To give some context for what may have happened: when a bundle is saved in the app even without being published live Simple Bundles begins syncing inventory for the products involved. If any bundle component had no stock assigned, was stocked at a different location than the parent bundle, or was part of a nested bundle with empty variants, the app can default those products to 0. This can happen silently during exploration, which we know is incredibly frustrating. Also, if this out of the ordinary, we're more than happy to inspect for you. Since the app was uninstalled, it is a bit tricky to backtrack exactly what triggered it in your case but that won't stop us from helping you move forward. We've already reached out to you personally via email with a full explanation, steps to restore your inventory, and a goodwill offer to make this right. I can't recommend this app enough. It was exactly what I needed for my store. The bundles and kits are highly customizable, and the team is incredible responsive and helpful. A special thanks to George, who customized the code to really fit my theme and workflow

Excellent support. Stella, Maria, Camila, and Rosamie were all extremely helpful and worked with me to identify a Shopify Markets and shipping profile issue that was preventing my 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundle products from working correctly in New Zealand. The key issue was that the individual products used to build the bundles also needed to be available to ship to the same country where the bundles were being sold. In my case, I originally only intended to offer the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles in New Zealand, so the individual wristbands were not set up to ship there. As a result, Shopify treated the bundles as unavailable at checkout, even though the bundle products themselves were active. Once we made the individual wristbands available to the New Zealand market, the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles began working correctly. The team was patient, thorough, and helped me work through the issue until we found the correct setup. Thanks to their support, customers in both Australia and New Zealand can now purchase my single wristbands, 3-Pack bundles, and 5-Pack bundles without any checkout issues. Highly recommended.

Not a very good impresion out of it. No matter how much their app contributes to the sales of our store, they impose a "tax" based on how much we sell storewide. I was not even able to use it. Switching over to another solution
