It does what we need it to do after a lot of help from customer service. It's not intuitive and it's complicated. We basically only use it for one feature and haven't explored anything more complex. The ony thing I don't understand is why their product is $140.00 but charges $240 instead. You have to have a lot of bundles and sell a lot of bundles to make it worthwhile. It also wildly messed up our end of the year inventory and we had to manually recount this year. Last year we paid extra sales tax. Watch out. Apparently there is a fix, but whatever it is we haven't figured it out. Response from Simple Bundles explaining that we should not be able to see those prices. *I have been asked to update the review after they refunded one of the second year of $100 overcharge from March 2026, our first renewal. They will investigate the intial charge from March 2025, but have not refunded it. "The features you'd find on higher-tier plans are the AI bundle creation tool, order metafields, and priority support. " They acknowledge we do not use these features that are not listed on their website. "Please note that the 100-order limit applies to the total number of orders processed through your store each month, not just orders containing bundles. So, this includes all orders, whether they include bundles or not. The app counts every order (even those without bundles) because we have to process them to determine whether there are bundles to break down. " When we asked about it here, we were refunded and told to change our plan to the $14 a month or $140 a year plan. The reason is not that we are selling more than 100 bundles per month. It is because we are selling more than 100 of ANYTHING. We are already paying Shopify to process those orders, but their app is checking every single order to determine if it is a package or not, so we are paying twice for every order that is not a bundle. We offer our customers a 5% discount for purchasing bundles. Since we only sell about 10 bundles per month, those bundles are costing us an extra $2.40 per bundle. This makes bundling a loss of profit rather than an increase. Had we had any of this information at the outset we would have found a better way. It might be a product better suited to people selling high price point items rather than the $9 items we sell individually, knocking us into an illogical higher tier. I'm changing my review from two stars to three stars because I have received 4 emails asking me to change my review. I can only assume that they are asking everyone to change their reviews. : Hi again team, Maria here with a follow-up on your case. Thank you for providing that information! If you were already on the paid plan, your plan should have been grandfathered in, and you should not have seen the new pricing. Could you please confirm if you downgraded your plan and then tried to upgrade again? This is important because if you did, you may have lost your locked-in grandfathered price, which could explain why you are seeing the new pricing instead. Regarding the pricing concern, we wanted to clarify that the newer lower-priced plan is a different tier with more limited features and a 100-order cap, so it's not a direct equivalent to your current plan. L'application permet des choses utiles La navigation n'est pas vraiment intuitive, et les fonctionnalités parfois limitées (ajouter les produits aux options ne peut pas se dupliquer, le rattachement des produits non plus etc.) Mais sinon la majeure des fonctionnalités est là

Seems like a decent app unless you need it for Shopify POS. Tech support is reasonably responsive but don't seem to know that the POS integration is a paid feature. I had to wait 9 days to find out from a developer that this was the case. For the online channel the app is ok, builder seems a little simple and could offer more, but this is totally fine for the free tier. Feedback to the developer would be; please educate the support staff on the product, Shopify POS integration seems like it should work but doesn't, the POS app should probably not be available for the free tier if it doesn't work. Overall it's a reasonably good app, hence the three stars.

While the app seemingly supports Locations, it's limited in that it deducts inventory from 1 "primary" location vs the location from which the bundle was purchased. This limitation renders it useless for those trying to maintain correct inventory levels at their multiple locations. If that was fixed, this would be a winner but it's unusable as is for our multi location store.
