Simple Bundle is essential for our business. We offer fairly unique bundle setups with multiple individual components, so we did a lot of research before choosing an app, and ultimately went with Simple Bundle. Setup was very straightforward and intuitive. We recently ran into a small issue caused by a changes on Shopify’s side. I’ve been in contact with the Simple Bundle team over the past 3 weeks, and I have to say their customer support is truly top notch. Honestly, I’ve rarely seen support this good. They guided me through everything, were very proactive with updates, kept me informed about the progress, and even opened a ticket with Shopify. In the end, they found a solution. Five stars from me. If I could give more, I definitely would.
