Tried this app out and immediately ran into problems. The UI is clunky and far from intuitive, but that's the least of my concerns. The app wiped our entire inventory and set everything to 0. When I flagged it to their support team, they told me to read some FAQs and manually fix it myself. Manually. For an inventory that will take hours to correct. This is genuinely the worst Shopify app experience I've ever had. The product is broken and the support is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. CANNOT RECOMMEND!
Thank you for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inventory disruption you experienced. To give some context for what may have happened: when a bundle is saved in the app even without being published live Simple Bundles begins syncing inventory for the products involved. If any bundle component had no stock assigned, was stocked at a different location than the parent bundle, or was part of a nested bundle with empty variants, the app can default those products to 0. This can happen silently during exploration, which we know is incredibly frustrating. Also, if this out of the ordinary, we're more than happy to inspect for you. Since the app was uninstalled, it is a bit tricky to backtrack exactly what triggered it in your case but that won't stop us from helping you move forward.
