Smoking Goose review for Simple Bundles & Kits

Although initially we couldn't transition to 2.0 b/c of limitations with ShipStation integration, pick slips, checkout screen, etc., we were later able to transition thanks to their advanced support (entry level support didn't know what we were talking about, but after "escalation" support was terrific--really knowledgeable and understanding of doing business in the real world and willing to go above and beyond). Since then, we've had a couple questions that aren't answered in their support pages, but their support has been quick to respond and provide actual solutions (not just excuses like a lot of other apps or even shopify itself, for that matter). Wish shopify support was even half as good as this app's support! Overall, we'd recommend this app.
