Super useful app, well built, flexible, and does exactly what it promises. The ability to schedule price changes with advanced logic is a huge time-saver. And Jordan’s support is truly top tier! If there were more stars, I would give this app. Jordan created our custom solution with his app. We wanted, regular prices, sale prices and made-to-order prices displayed to customers according to different criteria. Jordan worked on this solution for several months. He has always been highly competent and professional. Thank you very much for your work and your app, Jordan.

I can’t say enough great things about this app and Jordan from Simple Software. The price scheduler app is incredibly easy to use and has been a game-changer for our business. We were able to schedule flash sales for the rest of the month in just a few clicks, and we could easily schedule the entire year if we wanted to. The intuitive design made it a breeze to set up and manage promotions, saving us so much time. What really blew me away was Jordan's above-and-beyond customer service. I needed a custom add-on for our flash sales—and he didn’t just deliver; he exceeded all expectations. He worked quickly, communicated clearly, and created exactly what we needed to enhance our sales. On top of that, the app also allowed us to create a dedicated collection on our homepage to showcase our flash sales. The collection updates automatically (using tags) whenever we add new items, which keeps our homepage fresh and engaging without any extra work on our end. Jordan's dedication and attention to detail are unmatched. If you're looking for an app that simplifies your sales process and a developer who truly cares about their customers, look no further. This app is an absolute must-have for any Shopify store running flash sales or promotional events. I really want to like this app, but it unfortunately is not user friendly. We wanted to run a unique promotion on our online shop that had different categories marked down to different tiers. This app accomplishes that, but is also pretty buggy. An error that occurred at time of sale reduced our prices for a major category by more than double what we had set it at. While we were able to fix this issue manually on our end, it cost us close to 10% of our sale that day. When I reached out to support, they were both unhelpful and wouldn't provide a serviceable solution. I would strongly warn anyone from using this app until they make some major changes.
Unfortunately we don't consider user error to be a "bug". You created a job that discounted products by 44% and that's exactly what happened. Everything functioned according to how Collin Tar created the job. Every single email interaction by us provided a clear, detailed explanation for you to digest and we even included logs to accompany that. I'm sorry you made a mistake and it resulted in a loss of sales. Jordan
