Simplee Memberships & Loyalty

We've used the Simplee membership app for about a year now. The team has been incredible any time I've needed some help - they're always responsive, clear and effective. We use the app to sell registrations in some of our more expensive events and this allows people the option to pay in instalments. It works like a charm and was easy to set up. The recent update is very nicely designed on the front end. Thanks team!

Chris helped me with question after wild question as I scrambled to build a business from scratch. If I was trying to do something funky, he quickly gamed it out and came up with ways I could manage it. Then he led me to some example stores that allowed me to take a step back and reassess my design and marketing in a way that helped me create a better product presentation page. Great app - great customer service. The bearded fella also helped me with some widget customization but I can't recall his name. Hopefully he gets wind of how much his help was appreciated.

Chris and the team are excellent! super fast communication and resolution is quick! Took Chris less than 2 minutes to troubleshoot my problem! Highly recommended!

The App, 15 out of 10. The Service... cant put a price on it, Chris and team took on our non standard requirent, quoted a day or two to implement and just hours later, built, implemented, installed, and ran us through it. I spent the last 3 days F'ing around with some big name app providers to no success and they were all 2 and 3 times the price of Simplee. This is where you need to go for your membership app. disregard the others. save yourself the ehadache

Great product and great team! Amazing customer service. They even set up my entire tiered subscription options and integrated it with Credits Yard.

So far so good. Very quick and efficient support. Going to do a bit more testing, then hope to go live with this very soon.

This app is amazing! It worked perfect for my client that is a fitness trainer. We were able to create digital download along with memberships to create a dynamic business. Would def recommend app if you are looking to create a customized membership plan. Support is very responsive and helpful!

Spent a long time looking for the perfect app for my online content membership system. Several other options are out there, but none match the ease of use and customer support I've found here with Simplee. My questions in chat support were answered promptly and they were able to make a few customizations I needed almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Good service from Simplee team. The apps functionality with Shopify and to manage our members is good. The only downside is that the sub is our biggest recurring expense for our website - our membership is relatively small! Edit - The Simplee team read this review and have now offered us a 75% discount on the per member fee, which is awesome!

I just started using this app for memberships, over some of the others for a couple reasons: - simpler, more straightforward to setup - allows option to include a one-time fee with membership in a non crazy or roundabout way Upon my first interaction with support, i can say it was a pretty seamless and awesome interaction and I was really surprised by that. I'm relatively new to shopify so I don't know if this is common for plugins to offer such immediate and good help but it bodes welll for me and hope that it will continue in future. So i'd probably give the app 4 stars but the support experience makes it easily a 5 for me. Anyways, the app provides what I need - I wish they had a better free plan for me to get started with, rather than just a free trial, but because it makes things simpler anyways, I'm gonna stick with it. Happy so far so good.

This app provided everything I needed to create Customer Membership Plans. I struggled to find apps that utilized Shopify Payment Options as well as Member Restrictions based on Membership Plans. But this app does it all! Not only that, Chris was able to support logistical needs specific to my Shopify Theme. Thank you all so much, I couldn't be happier!!
