This app is excellent! Super easy to set up and start sending invoices with their simple invoice designer. I like how the app is hosted inside shopify rather than taking you off to an external site to manage your invoices. It's helped us create an easy solution for quoting customers too. Their support team is also quick to respond and helpful. Thanks!

Easy app with nice features. Everything included. Of course, user can not choose between tons of template designs but there are very professional features integrated: We love the feature to print product bar codes with EAN13 format, HS-Codes, COO, etc etc, great app!

We use this app to provide invoices for our customers (we are predominantly B2B). It has been easy to use has a great layout and the best part is there unreal customer service. always say day replies and usually same day solutions!

I've tried many apps and stayed with Simplio. First of all, I really appreciate that it's free when you have less than 50 orders/month, this really helps you out when you're just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and they sent me screen recordings of how I could fix it. I have just upgraded to the premium plan since I believe I'll need those extra functions. It costs only $6.99, the best price I could find considering the huge value that the app provides! The app is really easy to use, the invoices are pretty, and I know the customer service is always there for me if I need anything. Thank you Simplio Team!

We used this app to create invoice for the customer. We encounter a problem where customers with only phone number on file are not able to receive the invoice. Chuck was really helpful and help us solved the issue with ease.

I like the latest improvement on this app. It seems to be more stable and easier to use. The quote can use some more improvement but overall usable and I'm using it on a daily basis. I would recommend it to other store owners.

Very easy to use and the developer is very helpful. Helped us ditch Quickbooks for our invoicing and saved us a TON of money.

This is the first time I feel the emergency to rate an app because it is simply great, it changed the game for my team regarding the edition of invoices and delivery sheets, the customization was great and the customer service was truly helpful and very fast, special thanks to Chuck who helped me ass all the features I needed until I got familiar with the app!

We've been using this app in our shopify store for 6 months or more now and its great. Easy to use, easy to customise and works well. We submitted a support request for some tweaks and they were completed with 24 hours! Highly recommended app for invoices, drafts, packing slips and more..

Awesome app! This was the 3rd invoicing app I tried. Perfect cross between ease-of-use and customizability. Their support is incredible as well. I needed a custom feature - I wanted the invoice to pull a Cart Attribute to display. They got it done within 24 hours of me requesting it. I also love that I have the flexibility to either print/download/or email the invoice, AND you can edit each invoice individually if necessary.

I trialled several PDF invoice apps before settling on this one. The app is easy to use - you have quite a lot of template editing options, and the PDF documents produced look really professional. I've also found the service provided by Chuck to be excellent!

unique experience with the support team (Chuck). That was top-notch service! I had an issue with invoice numbering and Google Drive connection but the problem was fixed immediately after I contacted the very friendly and helpful service team.
