After a small issue with not being able to get hold of support we did manage to get there. With the few questions I had easily resolved along with some minor adjustments to the standard template I must say that Simplio is by the far the best app for generating invoices. They offer what all the other apps offer and more in some cases for a much better value for money. We have been using Simplio since from the start originally just for pick up orders and now used for invoicing all our wholesale cliental. Everything we have needed it to do can be done and if you can't then there is a good chance support can.

Great service, the invoice is easy to edit. A lot of features and if needed you can contact the support! They are great, super reactive!

We installed this app as we sell B2B and our customers needed access to VAT invoices. I can say that the app covers everything we need and more, but what I am most impressed about is the app service from the app developers. We have an accounts app which at the time did not sync with this app to allow customers to download their invoices from their account - although simplio facilitates invoice downloads on the thank you page and emailed an invoice to each customer which is brilliant and so professionally done, I wanted to take the customer experience one step forward. Robert worked on this request with our account management app developer and to my amazement made this feature a reality! I was blown away that not only did these guys take the time to understand how much this would help our UX but then went and worked with the other app developers to make it happen on their own initiative! I was kept up to date constantly and was made to feel like my business mattered. Thank you guys, I honestly am so impressed with your service, your professionalism and just being genuine down to earth guys, one business to another helping us make great changes. You have a very happy and loyal customer!

I looked for a efficient way of invoicing directly in Shopify and this app works great. Especially the support is super fast and always there when you need it. I recommend! :)

L'application est très simple à utiliser et à mettre en place. Nous avons quelques particularités légales en France et l'équipe nous a aidé a tout résoudre ! Support très disponible et réactif. Un grand merci à eux ! Une petite amélioration : la possibilité d'utiliser des drives partagés Workspace pour le téléchargement automatique des factures. En tous les cas, cette application est parfaite pour factures et avoirs !

I use this app weekly to print simple invoices to my customers. As a small business, I am in love with this app!!! 10 out of 10. I cannot believe it is free for up to 50 invoices per month, I would gladly support any free app from the standpoint of small business.

We just opened our Shopify store, and a customer requested an invoice. Our ERP invoice is not customer friendly, so I looked for an alternative. I wanted something fast and simple without all the fluff, and Simplio fit the bill. This is easily one of the simplest installs I have ever experienced.

We had a small issue whereby edited orders were not reflecting in the invoice generated by this app. I reached out to support and within 24 hours they had identified and solved the issue for us. Cannot ask for more than that!

Very helpful app that displays invoices and packing sheets much better than the default options that Shopify offer. The support team are prompt and very helpful - being able to have them code in small changes is a massive plus!

User friendly app and highly customisable documents (invoice, packing slip, creditnote, quotation). Support requested for a small adjustment that couldn't be done with the editor by myself, and was executed within 24h.
