Awesome app, left Route because they collected money from us and we did not even file one claim. Now this app helps us collect money for shipping protection and Jeet and company helped us out tremendously, thanks!

My software can't be used, customers can't use this service, the first contact customer service can't give a solution, they will say that the service will be updated, the second time I contact customer service, there is no reply .After a short period of time, the account manager found me. With his help, I solved the problem smoothly and in a timely manner, and now I can use it normally.

Support was very attentive and the developers integrated the app into our theme quickly. Highly recommend!

Although I have no experience using the app yet, I used chat to help figure it out and John Dee was very helpful in explaining the process of approving a claim and getting our customer refunded for their lost package.

This is a very easy app to use for my store. I was having issues with Route insurance and I am glad I made the switch. Customer service is really helpful and answers questions very quickly. The app gives you full control of your claims process . I recommend it .

Ok this app is amazing! It solved my unique problem which I will explain below. But before I do I want to mention how quickly this team was able address my issues with migrating to the new 2.0 Shopify theme and make any edits to the app. I use this app to mitigate lost or stolen packages not as insurance in the normal sense. I decided against the insurance route because people will cheat the system. Most of my sales are for bulk orders for weddings that are large. The smaller orders are usually samples which most people dont care about insuring. I charge $10 for "shipping protection". So the $10 really only covers the cost of adding "Signature Required" on the label so we can insure the packages will not get lost or stolen if they are delivered directly to the customers hands and they need to sign for it. This app has solved this problem for me seamlessly!

Great, easy to use app and installation. Customer support is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Usually respond within 1-2 days. Very happy with this app and how it has helped our business as I did not like how other apps such as Route require you to enter your bank information and remove insurance as payouts from you.

The app works exactly as it should. Easy to use and the backend is easy to configure. Where this app shines in in their support. Support answers any questions immediately and not only worked with their app but helped solve and fix some problems that another app was causing with my site. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and it doesn't seem to create any problems like so many other apps do. Positive experience all the way around!

So far, this product is the best solution we've found for offering shipping protection to our customers. Navidium has some placement issues that didn't work for our business and Route's service (both to our business and to our customers) has degraded over the past 6 months or so.

Really pleased with the app (functionality and back end) and the support team has been great. Really reactive and they managed to apply rules depending on the products which was what I needed but was not available through the app yet. I recommend.

We have just recently started using Simply Insurance as the rigmarole involved in other shipping insurance companies was a real pain. Plus, the other companies took a cut of all of the protection plans that were purchased. We chose this app so that we could keep everything in-house to see how it all went. Set up wasn't totally intuitive, but their customer service team was quick to get us sorted so we could go live. So far our customers are really jumping at the opportunity to purchase shipping protection, so this should provide us with another small income stream. Plus, even for the unlimited plan, the price is a bargain at just $100 a month!

Installed this app to help offset shipping claims. Works like a charm and the customer service is able to provide the customization that we needed. Would recommend.
