I cannot say enough good things about this app and the customer service is always at your finger tips! 2020 was an awful year for shipping issues and being able to take care of my customers issues in house is worth every penny of a monthly charge. The revenue no longer pads someone else pockets, but lets us keep our own customers happy in house and in a timely manner. The customer can make a quick claim, we then do our side of the investigating the issue with our close carrier reps and can get the issue resolved. It was pretty easy to install for more than half of the steps. I had a little trouble towards the end, but I was able to get help right away and John Dee set everything up for me. I just installed this app and it was pretty easy to do myself. I had some issues from my install and John Dee (via the app chat) was so so helpful and quick! He responded almost immediately and fixed the issue which was something I missed during install.

This app is everything that I've been looking for! There was no request too big or too small and Nitesh helped me with the set-up every step of the way. Would love to see more instruction regarding how to set up emails and suggestions of what to add to each email, as well as more information on the customer facing claims request form. Otherwise highly recommend!

Seriously this app is A LIFESAFER! The customer support even installed it into my shop. I have already made almost $100 in shipping insurance in less than 30 days. Which is AMAZING for when we have customer packages that get lost we can issue a refund or tell them they did not opt into the insurance.
