3rd class customer support.. in the message window they claim 'We normally reply in 15-20 mins' but in reality they don't bother to reply.. I wish we were allowed to give 0 star.. it's that bad

This app has been super helpful to get our OTP login customized as per our requirements.. we had to go through setup of Airtel DLT and the team guided us how to do this as well. Thanks!
