Amazing app to get otp login options with mobile number text and whatsapp. Also to login via email by using otp. Great support by the team and quick resolution for any issue. Thanks.

Great app for adding SMS and WhatsApp OTP based logon to the store. Works exactly as desired. Loved the flexibility they provide. Was able to configure my own sender id. Was also able to create a login popup. Support is mostly over emails and so takes a few hours to respond but they do respond and resolve issues, if any.

1. bad support. they keep claiming ticket is resolved even if it has not been resolved. 2. OTP transactions are not visible on the app. I mean, why even install it if login data is not available? 3. they charge unacceptably high charge - 1 for app installation and then again for OTP messages sent 4. no customization available, waste of money 5. customer support is pathetic 6. when i wanted to cancel subscription, the app literally does not show me an option to cancel billing or remove card or stop auto-pay. the only option is uninstall, which does not even say whether uninstalling will stop billing. now i have to approach support again.
