1. bad support. they keep claiming ticket is resolved even if it has not been resolved. 2. OTP transactions are not visible on the app. I mean, why even install it if login data is not available? 3. they charge unacceptably high charge - 1 for app installation and then again for OTP messages sent 4. no customization available, waste of money 5. customer support is pathetic 6. when i wanted to cancel subscription, the app literally does not show me an option to cancel billing or remove card or stop auto-pay. the only option is uninstall, which does not even say whether uninstalling will stop billing. now i have to approach support again.

There is no one to support me. I tried to contact you in every way, but there is no response. I do not know how to reach support. I tried the application and the fees for the message were deducted, but I did not log in to the site.

not working. many customers faced error message. when reached to customer support no response. after installation still customer seeing same login.

Not work properly and taht reason to website in not recived order
This assertion appears unsubstantiated, as our application is utilized by thousands of merchants, rendering such allegations irrelevant.

My widget is not working in other countries except India!

The App never worked as promised. After several contacts with the support for weeks to solve the problem of the OTP code not being sent by sms to the mobile numbers in Portugal, the problem was never solved and we had to uninstall the APP.
Thank you for your feedback and for waiting for us to assist you. Our team has tested the Portgul number and it appears to be working fine from our end. However, it's possible that you may have activated the DND (Do Not Disturb) service, which could be preventing you from receiving Firebase OTPs. We are currently exploring other service providers in Portgul that may be able to help us enable OTP service in your area.

This app is a fraud. It does not offer free plan. It shows free plan in the app description but It has been switched off in the settings and forces you to take their highest plan. Shopify check this app before releasing such apps.
