Super easy to integrate & use. Took less brainpower from me than honestly any other app on shopify as long as you know your UPC!

The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.

The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our artist's stream. We are already planning our next stream, with our 'Go To', Single!

I am thrilled with the Single app, especially the customer support, which is important. The app is excellent, but as with every solution, some small things could be improved. But the Single-team are fast to reply. Not only fast, they fix things and help you out when it is needed. They listen to suggestions and actually do something about it. The Single app has been working very well for me since the release of my video rental platform. I recommend them highly!

Single had all the resources I needed to launch my online video streaming platform and when I had issues with my theme's compatibility, they were always able to get back to me right away and fix the issue quickly. Even hopping on video calls to help me. All while I was still on the free tier!

Single app has been a great partner for Cactus Jack / Travis Scott for many years. Their seamless Shopify integration works great, and custom admin interface is super intuitive. We really value their ability to navigate the music reporting landscape, and their team is always available to help. Highly recommend for any musician or creator.

Super powerful app, does most of what others can't. Customer service is amazing but their app falls short with videos and video collections. No videos will appear on IOS devices (Iphone, Apple, Macbook) if you have a newer theme (I use "BE YOURS"). This is a DEAL BREAKER if you are in US most consumers have an iphone or use apple products. You will need to hire outside help or use a free theme to make its functions work. Hopefully in the future they will provide support for paid themes. EDIT 9/12/23 - 5 STARS Single has the best customer support i've ever experienced. Single straight up came through to deploy my first NFT collection! They did something that had neva been done before for me to get my collection to my fans on Shopify. They communicate well and have great energy!

This app's support team is killer! They are quick and super knowledgeable. Not to mention, their Help Center database is fantastic. It's thorough, but still easy to navigate and read through. This app can do way more than you think it can! It has been an integral piece in countless projects for our clients. It's our go-to for SoundScan reporting of course, but we've also had great success using their digital delivery and livestream features.

Although reporting to SoundScan was the foundation of this app, this company consistently goes above and beyond to build features that fit my clients' ideas/goals.
