I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I am unable to use it due to an API error that occurred immediately after setting up my account and campaign. I’ve sent multiple chat messages and emails to customer support but have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better for a paid service.

Extremely disappointed. I paid for the Pro app and have had an API error since opening the account and setting up a campaign. I've sent multiple chat messages and emails first requesting support, then to cancel and refund my subscription. Zero response thus far.

AVOID INSTALLATION. I opted for the $44 package, which includes three services: Facebook Marketing, Facebook Remarketing, and Facebook Upselling to Existing Customers. Unfortunately, only the Facebook Marketing feature functions correctly, while the other two consistently display errors. Despite multiple complaints and reassurances from the support team that the issue is being addressed, three days have passed without any update. Continuous attempts to reach them through their Chatbot and email have resulted in silence, with no responses received from either channel.

Downloaded the app, set everything up. No ads would run. I emailed customer support for assistance and they told me that everything was set correctly and that they would not assist me further. A total waste of time and money.

Support is gone most of the time and when they are online they don't answer. I have been waiting for them to fix this problem for over 3 months. Paid and waited for NOTHING. I will report them to Shopify and I am warning you: don't buy this app! UPDATE: This app polluted my Google Merchant Center with items uploaded by the Shopify API interface. BUYER BEAWERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FILLED WITH SCAM ARTISTS. THEY CHARGED ME $89 DOLLAR AND I COULD'T EVEN GET MY CAMPAIGN GOING WHEN I TRIED TO REACHED THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS OFFLINE. Terrible App, the interface is pathetic. It only imports a small portion of your products. And I was unable to edit any ads. I also noticed that after unistalling it does not remove the charge from your billing, Shopify needs to correct this asap...

Horrible horrible! I installed this "free app" and didn't like to use it. And uninstalled the same day. Today was charged $95 (!) for this "Free Traffic and Ads by sixads (Uninstalled)" I strongly recommend you even not to install this. Just a scam.

They do not even deserve a one star review...ALL Sales we got to our store from sixads were FRAUD sales..now we are getting chargebacks for those scammed sales....we lost sales, product cost, shipping & handling cost ..etc NOT recommended to any store

I have seen a greater return from Facebook and Instagram adds then the premium price we are paying for this app. Absolutely not worth it and we never reach the impression limit that we are promised.

Very disappointing. Paid for the app but I don't see any clicks on the account. More disappointing is that they offered to help with Facebook and Google ads, sent me a report but then when I replied yes let's go ahead with it, they never gotten back to me event after 3 follow up emails. Very disappointing. Will not recommend.

This is a useless app. They just make money on new users. I paid $20 with for a few clicks as they show, and no sales. Don't spend any money on it. Also, I wrote a few messages in support chat a few days ago, no one responded. I think most of the reviews bought. Don't spend your time and money.

Very useless, the monthly subscription with $19 ended and i didnt get my full boosted impressions.. only 2830 out of 5000...only 28 clicks per month...

I used this app for almost a month and it does't bring traffic to your store. You might have impressions but that doesn't mean that your listings will get clicked. Your "Ad partners" don't match your niche and Sixads will display items like tires, incense, and watches etc even if you try to filter them out. This app does not fulfill my expectations at all.

No straight forward option to uninstall the app or remove it after first time adding it to your store.
